I love high-end used furniture. They have a good selection but of course it varies depending on the week. Time pricing works well.

Interesting store, lots to look at. Pricing is interesting if u you have the time to wait till it drops. Initial prices are pretty high. But some unique items.

Excellent, friendly service after we decided on what we wanted. We were allowed to shop at our leisure without someone hovering over us. The showroom is very spacious and the consignment items well laid out. We will be back in the future.

The best consignment shop I have ever been in! The merchandise is of excellent quality, displays are creative and the prices are phenomenal. They have truly earned the "upscale" moniker.

Big warehouse with lots to see but I think they could benefit greatly by hiring people to do curating that know more about furniture and different styles as they have plenty of room to cater to many aesthetics. But the man who selects items tends to choose very boring, traditional styles. So you really have to get past all the "ho hum" and search to find a gem. When I dare make the long trek, I always hope to find something to purchase but typically walk away empty handed. This place COULD be amazing!

Nice place to shop, have purchased many pictures for our walls in our home there amongst several pieces of furniture! We like to shop there, you'll find great buys!

I have been shopping at Upscale for a couple of years. I love the constant influx of new items, always something new and fun. I have purchased many important pieces for my home, big and small, and have been more than satisfied with all of them (price, quality, convenience of delivery option). I like that I can browse online and in the store for as long as I want. The people there are always very nice and always helpful.

I usually love this place, but the economy appears to have left them with a whole lot of nothing. It was a wasted trip for me, but they do a pretty good job with their inventory on their website. Worth checking before making a special trip.

I've go to this place for years. I still haven't bought anything from here. I find the prices high and the stuff dated. One couch I liked almost talked my husband into getting then we looked up the name and found it cheaper at Macy's with a code and free delivery. I think you can do better by shopping online mark places for furniture. Just my.2 cents.

Be careful when purchasing furniture from them! We recently purchased a bookshelf advertised as a "teak bookcase". Apparently because they did not say, "solid teak bookcase" this means "teak veneer". I also learned that they can call any sort of veneer teak, oak, etc. I consider this to be massively misleading to the consumer. When the bookshelf was delivered (also.their delivery company is massively overpriced) I noticed it sways. We called and spoke with the owner to see if we could get some of our money back, but we were not successful. COMPLETE SCAM!

Great assortment, quality pieces, fair prices right on the tag along with when future markdowns will be taken. I have bought from them as well as consigned with them and always had a positive experience. Honest and trustworthy from my experiences.

This place has a huge selection of furniture with more arriving on a regular basis. We bought three pieces there and all are just right for our home. Reasonably priced as well. These people really know furniture. You can also browse their current selection online with very thorough descriptions. Definitely worth the trip.

Buyer beware! This place is sketch. Just bought $850 worth of office furniture with locks.but no keys. After the sale they mention that unless it is listed as "with keys". Last time here for me at this cheapo place. I'd recommend craigslist or Facebook marketplace.

I live in Eugene and have used these guys several times over the years with good success. They are our favorite used furniture store in Oregon, by a wide margin. Nice combo of surprisingly good quality and competitive prices. And they are large enough that we've always found several nice pieces on each trip. They have a good system of reducing prices over time which keeps their stock fresh and results in some nice bargains if you're lucky. Their web site is a good way to see what's interesting before making the trip.

Very overpriced for the kind of inventory they carry. I went in a few weeks ago, to check it out, and I saw Christmas items that were 30% off, even though they sell them at Hobby Lobby for the EXACT same price as what the sale items were. Hey. I understand you have a big warehouse that you have to pay a hefty price for, but if you're going to charge those kinds of prices?.have better furniture that actually match the prices.

Walked in and there were women chatting behind the counter, was not greeted or asked if I needed help. The prices were high for "upscale" consignment, they had a lot, but mostly outdated pieces. A man was organizing items right by furniture I was looking at, still no acknowledgement. I was very underwhelmed for what I expected to be an exciting visit.

Honestly, this would have garnered 5 stars had it not been for what I felt was excessive "dining room furniture" inventory. Not sure how many folks are in the market for a "hutch" these days, although there were a few formal dining tables that were worth the attention. But this place has a lot of room, and I love the attention they have put into staging quite a few areas, not just furniture, but decor as well. It's a bit out of my way to go here but I see myself making the trek every six months or so. Prices for the most price were fair, a good deal actual on many things, and the quality was good as well.

I recently purchased a high-end loveseat at a very affordable price. I was impressed with the range of styles and prices, plus the high quality of the furniture. More like overpriced consignment. Limited aesthetic value and high prices on average items. Sadly one of the few furniture consignment stores in the Portland area, but not worth the visit for most purposes. They have a few niche items of interest, but most offers earned a hard pass.

I HATE being lied to and thats just what the middle aged man did to me. I've been there several times, always found something, paid way too much! I got patio furniture.later found same at Big Lots for much less. they need to get rid of that nasty sales man as he's a real deal killer for me. We will NEVER return. Craigslist is much cheaper, but takes a little work, but well worth it once you find what you're looking for!

If I could give this business zero stars I would! We walk in and we aren't even greeted or asked if we need any help! The male older clerk walks right past us. The prices are "sky high "which is insane because I can go on craigslist and get 100% better deal! We walk out and he's talking to the lady at the front desk and doesn't even say a word to us! Really? Needless to say they will never get my business and I will let everyone I know know that also!

I made a purchase a couple of months ago here. I have to say when I first went in to look at the item, my friend and I weren't treated all that well. I was really disappointed but I kept watch on the item for a couple months and feeling not too great about making the trip over there, I emailed in about it.and much to my surprise: they responded very cordially.

I called them and sorted out the details and went in and paid for/picked up my item. Everyone was very nice and friendly and the item I got was phenomenally priced. I am very happy with my transaction. My only advice to the business is: you would have made the sale 2 months prior (maybe) had you been slightly friendlier :) Still happy with the store and my purchase. Advice to future customers: if you have a price in mind, make an offer - the worst they can do is say no but they just might say yes!

I love Upscale Consignment. Their inventory changes frequently, they keep their website updated with photos. I have called and put items on hold to view in person on multiple occasions, since I am usually looking for something specific I keep up online rater than just wandering through the store since I live an hour away. In 2012 I purchased a beautiful, custom desk with Queen Anne legs for $325, I also bought a matching printer caddy for an additional $50.

I was thrilled with the purchase since I had been looking around for quite awhile for a desk for my office in my new home. Consignment takes some patience and perseverance, but the payoff is worth it to me, I could have spent at least 4x more on an inferior desk. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Whenever I am shopping for something I check out Upscale Consignment's online inventory before I go anywhere else.
