Wonderful to work with! Our company has gone completely virtual so we had a LOT of desks and furniture that were no longer needed. Scheduling was easy, and the crew that picked up our furniture were polite - to us and each other! I would highly recommend them.

From picking out the furniture, to the quoting process, to the delivery and Installation, these guys made the whole transaction easy. Their customer service was phenomenal, and their prices were even better (literally less than half the price of the first 2 quotes we received). Business Furniture Warehouse truly takes care of their customers! They help assess what you need and they have the best prices. We had a missing part, but Scott was very responsive to messages and he updated us every step of the way. Highly recommend them for any office needs. We will be back for sure!

This place is the BEST! Christian was so kind and informative on what all they have and gave me his card so I can call back later to ask about new items they get in. It can be a little tough to find, but it's absolutely a hidden gem when it comes to office furniture and more! I'll also add that the inside can be a little deceiving since it's in an old warehouse, but I love the old bones of the place.

If you park/walk in and think, "is this right?" then is probably is. My partner and I came for an office chair and left with about 8 other pieces for our home! They made us some great deals that made everything so affordable, and even loaded up all the heavy items for us with a great attitude. I will absolutely be going back.

Excellent customer service! Appreciate their safety during this pandemic. Just the latest example of how they really seem to care about their customers and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are satisfied. Very transparent about costs and timeline, and easy to get in touch with. The first furniture I got from BFW looks as good now as it did nearly 2 years ago. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Highly recommend.

My first and only experience; I definitely will not be going back. The Customer Service was non existent, the used furniture was grossly overpriced and the upstairs area ( which I was left alone to navigate) seemed unsafe. The floor creaked so badly, I was afraid I would fall through. I was very disappointed!

Great selection. If you've bought office furniture before (not the cheap junk from Staples) you'll very quickly realize the cost savings when you walk in the door here. If you're just looking for something to do the job and need a great deal check out the top floor of this place first. That's where they keep most of the pre-owned office furniture.

If you're looking for quality office furniture make sure you visit these guys first. Not only do they have an enormous selection of pre-owned office furniture but they also work with so many companies that they can get you just about anything you can dream of. In my case, they were more than helpful and suggested a mix of new and used pieces for my office. This gave me a cost effective solution to keep my cost down without sacrificing quality. I'm a customer for life!
