We had a sofa-bed that needed a new (ready-made by the manufacturer) cover applied to it, as the original was sun damaged. When we first called, they said they could do it in January, a couple of months out. They were highly recommended by a friend. We got a call and they said they could squeeze it in in December. They picked it up on Wednesday and called on Thursday to ask when they could schedule the delivery as it was all done.
They delivered it on Friday! We couldn't stop laughing at how this was the most remarkable turn around ever. The delivery guys were incredibly conscientious. AND they were considerably a lot less than the other company we were looking at. WOW!

I brought my Natuzzi Leather sectional to Gina at Trio Furniture to have the stitching on the cushions repaired because the seams were coming apart. I had emailed her photos of the damage and she had given me a quote for what she thought it might cost to repair. After getting it in her shop she realized the damage was more extensive than the photos revealed.
They attempted to fix what they could but quickly realized it was going to be more expensive than anticipated and communicated that to me. They were able to fix one of the sections and I had decided that is where I wanted them to stop. When I came to pick the sectional up Gina had informed me that she wasn't going to charge me at all because they weren't able to accomplish the goal we set out for.
I was really impressed with the quality of workmanship and their professionalism. We would highly recommend using Trio Furniture and we certainly will for future furniture needs.

When looking for a place to reupholster an old sofa of grandmas everywhere I researched was very pricey and felt the entire sofa needed to be done. Someone recommended Trio to me and I am so glad I listened. On my first visit to the store I was greeted very friendly and the women helped hold door and carry sofa cushions. There were many material and patterns to choose from and I was allowed to bring samples home to make final decision.
I called with decision and they took my credit card info over phone so I didn't have to drive back. When I was called to pick them up approx 3 weeks later the women in the store were all very friendly. I was told if the fit isn't right they would come by and measure sofa. Got home, They did not fit and they kept their promise! Kristina came by and picked them up and measured the sofa and made new cushions. Approx 2-3 weeks later got the phone call from Kristina they were done and she offered to drop them off.
I was so excited to come home to the sofa and new cushions. Beautiful job and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Trio. I look forward to using them in future when we decide to do one of grandmas chairs.

Just an outstanding experience! The ladies at Trio took a sincere enthusiastic interest in our project. Nice to work with the owners of the business as well. They really get excited trying to help you have a happy experience. We decided to reupholster a couch rather than buy a new one. We looked at several quality companies that were referred to us but all left us a bit confused with an empty feeling leaving us to sort and sift through a maze of sample books.
Then we stepped into Trio. Such enthusiasm that made the experience truly fun. They spent as much time with us as we needed. We never felt rushed. They worked closely with us making proactive suggestions based on our desires and tastes. They were as excited as we were when we finally chose our fabric! They even ordered samples and had them mailed directly to our home for us to review.
Once we decided to move ahead, they were fast to order the material, pick up the piece, did excellent quality work and had it back in our living room in a very efficient time period. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them.
