This place is a disaster. Prices were very high, lead time to get furniture was insane (took 4 months in total), they didn't try to make right on issues/problems and didn't seem to care about the problems even though our company made a large purchase from them. They offered us nothing even though they had many issues with our order. It is rare to see a business that cares so little about the customer experience.

1. Buy online instead. 2. Tri-County Office packs profits in delivery charges. 3. An attempt to change your order after it has been "put in" can not occur because it is already "in production". 4. You will get better prices and cheaper delivery to your home or office online. 5. Should you receive your goods and they are not to your liking, you will pay a 30% restocking fee, and you will have to cry bloody hell to get that if at all. 5. Tri-County Office banks on old dinosaur buyers who are indiscriminate consumers who can pay cost plus for merchandise and rip-off delivery charges. 6.

They are blase about expedient delivery when they receive your merchandise. 7. Bottom line, eliminate the middle man. Get your contract built to last furniture through another channel.
