Nice store. Realistic prices on used furniture. Was surprised they seemed to have plenty of people working but I wasn't able to get anyone to help me. Everyone seemed more interested in getting furniture placed on the floor.

These guys have a wonderful range from very casual and inexpensive to top-notch.

Went to see a curio cabinet. Price was a bit high but worth a look. Turned out it was broken and repaired (poorly) They would do nothing on the price Then wanted $89 to deliver 20 minutes away making total price wayyyy too high. I asked about consigning furniture, 4 month wait for pickup. Really? I had art work to consign that I brought with me. Nope, person that looks at those not here for another hour, comeback. Staff seemed annoyed. I won't be back.

Excellent furniture store. Products are in every style and pattern to suit the need of a decorative enthusias. Wonderful place to visit.

I have purchased several pieces of furniture at this store and for the most part love it. Recently, I purchased this high top table with 8 chairs that just so happened to match my existing barstools. My daughter and I went to look at it and loved it although it was oil/greased up a lot. Didn't think anything of it. Got it home, set it up, looked good - until the polish wore off.

So disappointed in all the water marks and damage to the table. I realize that it is used furniture and sold "as is" but I feel deceived. Please make sure you really inspect the furniture before purchasing. The first two pictures are from the showroom.

Great deals! I have bought several items from here and utilized the delivery for a couch. We will continue to shop here as it is close and has a great random selection.

After browsing the place for a couple months, it really looks like some great deals to be had if you check their stock semi-regularly! Plenty of barely or gently used items for discounted prices, some great hidden treasures. but you gotta keep an eye on their stock. Staff is pretty helpful and friendly, helped me load a table and hutch and no issues with customer service.

Recently purchased a house and did not want to wait 3 to 6 months that most furniture stores are making you wait. So glad I made the choose to fill my house with The Room Exchange pieces. shopping there is fun and staff the whole staff is kind as they never makes you feel like your bothering them even when they are extremly busy! Delivery was Awesome As Chance and Justin drove out to Valrico and they were extremly helpful moving my furniture and setting it up for me.

I have a narrow hallway and some tuff spots to move stuff around, they were very careful with everything and worked well as a team. Thank you Room Exchange for all your hard work you all rock! Love my Furniture and I will be back soon, to fill up my other rooms

This store is amazing! I have bought so much from them its crazy! Been going there for about 12 years. I have bought one dinning room set, bar stools but mostly home decor like pictures, rugs, palm trees, lots of decorator items, Oh and I just bought a teal chair that matches my living room perfect. If you see something you like better buy quick! I went back the next day for a sofa I wanted but was running late so I left and figured I come back the next day and it was gone!

I am still sick about it! But at least they had the chair that goes with sofa in living room! Also picked up a couple more pictures and a huge metal hanging sculpture! I am redecoraing 4 rooms in my house so thinking of consigning all my old stuff! It would be much easier than selling everything and its still nice and modern!
