Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I ORDERED A GAZEBO THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 8 WEEKS. AFTER MANY calls, emails and chats, I got my kit after 12 weeks. However, when we started assembly, parts were missing, others didn't fit and the quality of wood used was terrible. I contacted them about missing parts and was told they were out of stock on some parts so they were shipped without the parts.

I asked that the missing parts be sent immediately (in March) and that the right size screens be sent. The hinges were missing screws and the metal roof cap was missing. I still do not have the parts ( this is MAY) and I am promised every week that I will have parts shipped soon. These are the WORST PEOPLE to deal with. They could have put the parts in a wagon and pulled it here by now. DO NOT BUY FROM FIFTHROOM. Pictures show splits in the lumber used.

After two contractors bailed out on us, my wife and I decided to tackle the project on our own. We were able to complete the project in about 10 hours total. The build was overall very straight forward and easily accomplished. The directions were clear and simple to follow. The original shipment had some damage. When we contacted Fifthroom, they were quick to overnight replacements.

The quality of both the materials and workmanship was impeccable. Thank you for the customer service and the excellent product. We are very pleased with the final outcome. Attached is a picture is the finished pergola. Now we can proceed with the rest of our landscaping! Thank you Fifthroom team!

Fifth Room was great to work with. My item came sooner than expected. It matched the ad exactly. It is a handmade wooden rocking horse and my little great nephew is delighted with it. It is also keepsake quality that he can hand down to his own children. I definitely will use this company again.

I had a very good experience purchasing my porch swing from Fifthroom. My home was built in 1890 and needed a replacement swing that looked appropriately to that year. The swing was delivered on time and was just perfect for my porch. I have received many compliments on the swing!

This was a custom order (engraving in concrete). The communication and customer service was outstanding. Shipping was flawless, excellent packing, item arrived in perfect condition. Top-notch company and I would definitely order from Fifthroom again.

I bought a octagonal cedar picnic table and had no problems assembling it. It's pretty well made for outdoor furniture. I treated it with water proofer myself to save a few bucks and get the kind I wanted, and we've been happy with it. I do keep it covered when we are not using it. A couple months ago a tree limb fell on one of the bench seats and smashed half of it, so I emailed the company to inquire about ordering a replacement part.

The CS rep asked for some pix to be sure she knew what to send, and shortly a whole new double seat assembly showed up on my door, gratis. I appreciate that kind of service. Thanks!

I ordered a custom-made lighthouse lawn ornament. There was a problem with the delivery, so a new one had to be made. I eventually received it and I was very happy with it. It's beautiful. Fifth Room was very good about tracking the order and making sure I received the product.

Beyond Our Expectations! Fifth Room is awesome! We purchased a gazebo in 2018. Fifth Room worked with us on modifications, they were always available for our questions, and when we needed a few extra shingles due to OUR issues, they provided them quickly and at no cost. In 2020, we purchased a 6 foot swinging bench. Again, excellent customer service, excellent support and instructions, and we absolutely love the swing. I would highly recommend Fifth Room. They are outstanding!

We purchased a foot bridge for our front yard and dry creek and we love it! It was very easy to assemble - took an hour or so but no special tools were required. Easy for my wife and I to carry and place where we wanted it. It looks gorgeous - we receive a ton of compliments. It was especially pretty after a recent snowfall!

Our HOA Board ordered a Triple Rail Pedestrian Trail Bridge and Mike Donaldson was very helpful, as were all the other staff we encountered along the way. He talked to us several times to make sure we ordered everything exactly as we wanted it. Though we had delivery delays due to Covid, they were great about communicating updates as they were available, and the eventual delivery went smoothly.

The company that installed the bridge messed up one of the hand rails and Mike again was VERY helpful in ordering and sending us the replacement piece. Everyone on the Board thought this company was very professional, the materials and product we ordered were the quality we expected, and we would definitely do business with them again in the future!
