Prior to going there in person I thought the service was good. The salesman called me promptly to discuss my needs. He told me I could stop by to take a look at their offerings. When I arrived, however, it seemed as if no one wanted to help me but a random person was picked to help me because the salesman who called me was not there. One salesman eventually showed me a few sit-to-stand desks.

He answered my questions politely and professionally. After I left I had additional questions and left a message with the receptionist as before but no one called me back. (That was a year ago.) The impression I had of the business was that because I was not interested in purchasing a large volume of items they were not interested in helping me. Or perhaps because I went there in casual clothing?

I'm not sure but I find that I get decent to excellent service at most places because I am polite and respectful. Thankfully, there are other online and local businesses who were more than willing to help me but I would not recommend this place at all.

We worked with Kerry from Systems Furniture on a recent renovation in our office. Kerry did a great job using our existing pieces to keep costs low. The third party installers they use were wonderful to work with. I also worked with designer, Laura at Systems Furniture for the selection of our carpet and paint colors. She is the best to work with and I credit her for making our renovation easy, within budget and thoughtfully finished.
