Hello Future Superior clients, I am an account manager / designer at Commercial Design Services located in Tampa, FL. I had the pleasure of working with John and his team on several projects for a Tampa Bay Area hospital that is starting to have a presence down in West Palm Beach. From start to finish, Superior was as professional as they come. They provided quotes in a timely manner and provided daily updates after the product was ordered and received.
This was a challenging time due to supply chain issues. The product that was ordered in August 2021 finally finished completion in February 2022. This was not a problem for Superior. They understood and took care of everything as if it were their own client and not an intermarket project. They made my job so much easier, especially being 4 hours away.
In my opinion, the installation crew is the most important part of the project. Nothing done behind the scenes matters to the client.its the final result. My end users had nothing but positive things to say about John's team. They communicated well with the client as well as myself. Under normal circumstances, I would be at the job sit to provide some assistance but it seems that they did just fine without me.
What I love about Superior is that they are a family owned business and they treat their customers and end users like family. That's what matters to me. I hope to work with Superior soon and will definitely recommend them to others. Thanks, John and Team!

Superior Installations is a 5 star experience! They have great customer service, they are very knowledgeable about their products, and they care very much about customer satisfaction. They have options for every budget and they took the time to explain what all my options were. They were always available to answer any questions I had and their delivery team is the best. I had a total peace of mind working with them. There weren't any surprises along the way. I highly recommend them!

Working with Superior Installation was a breeze from start to finish. John and Suzy Romaine are a pleasure to work with and are extremely professional. John made sure all our needs were met and took time to go over our office space design and products we selected. This was our first experience furnishing an office and I highly recommend working with them.
