I have never owned a hot tub before and was nervous about buying it sight unseen. I worked with Brian and was more than satisfied. I shopped around after I found his sight and no one came close on price, but it wasn't just about price. It was about quality as well. The customer service after the sale was what has made me refer two friends within the first week. Brian and Art both made themselves available to answer questions when I had them since I have never owned one before.

We bought a hot tub almost 3 years ago and immediately had problems with it. It had a leak and continually tripped the outdoor breaker. We replaced the breaker because i was told it could not be the tub- $75. It was the tub. Brian replaced it with a second tub. This new tub was a refurbished tub. It appeared nice. Shortly after it sprung a large leak near the pump.

They took it and replaced at an expense to me of $400. 6mos later a leak occurred in a pump gasket- $10. 6 mos later a $300 manifold rupture. I had my local repairman fix that because I was told it was out of warranty and it would be cost effective for me to find someone here. 2 mos later massive leak that drained tub. I told them to just take it. The break downs were killing me financially at this point. Tub is gone and I am out $5500. After further research, I was given a tub that is sold at Costco.

I needed someone to not only sale me a hot tub, but do the leg work in finding exactly want I wanted. Brian and his team at Superior Home Furnishings did that! Got me all the info, helped us decide, and then gave us a better deal than we thought possible. Kept me informed through the whole thing and now we have beautiful 40 jet summit spa!

Superior Home Furnishings is a GREAT company to do business with. We live 6 hours from their store and they did a wonderful job explaining everything to us over the phone before our tub was delivered so that there would not be any surprises. Their products are a great value for the quality and service you receive. Eric did the delivery and worked hard to make sure that it worked around our schedule. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Superior Home Furnishing to anyone!

We have owned our current hot-tub for over 10 years and after a few problems we decided it was time for a new one. We live in Southern Oklahoma, so our first attempts to purchase a tub was in Dallas, TX. and Oklahoma City. Many places didn't answer the phone and the ones that did, had a two week waiting period for delivery. We didn't want to wait, so we kept trying.

We called Superior home furnishings and to our surprise, they had exactly what we wanted at an affordable price. (Delivery took 4 days because of an ice storm that had set in) Once the tub arrived it was exactly as described. The young delivery man was very polite and professional, and it actually took longer to fill the tub with water than it did to set and hook up the tub. We look forward to doing business with Superior Home furnishings in the future and highly recommend them to others.

We have had our hot tub 10 days now and love it. Brian was kind patient and knowledgeable. This isn't a high class place, but that keeps the prices low. He has tubs to last a lifetime at the lowest of prices.

Bought my hot tub a few weeks ago. Brian and his team were top notch. Any questions I had were promptly answered. Set up was smooth. I was very leery on buying something I had not seen. Save your money and buy from a wholesaler like Superior Home Furnishings. Thanks for everything.

Great experience purchasing and having a hot tub delivered from Superior Home Furnishings. Drove to Fayette and spoke with Brian, he showed me the tubs and options and the one I selected was delivered timely and at an affordable price. The delivery and set-up was fantastic. My electrician had improperly hooked up the GFCI, but the delivery driver was able to look at it and figured it out quickly.

He stayed nearly 3 hours to help unload, move, fill, and hook-up. This is the same type of service we experienced when we bought our family room funiture from SHF nearly 7 years ago. I hesitate to give 5 stars only because I'm not 100% confident on how to work with the test kit and chemicals for the hot tub. I'm sure if I give SHF a call, they'll walk me through it, but would have been awesome if there was clear startup instructions for this dummy. I will refer any looking for a tub to Superior Home Furnishings.

Mr. Egert ordered a hot tub and was informed of the wiring requirements, which is the customer's responsibility to have installed. We delivered and installed the hot tub on 7-7-14. The wire coming out of the conduit was 6/3 with a ground therefor we hooked the wire into the circuit board, assuming all of the wiring was correct. Below is the correspondence between Mr. Egert, our service department and the manufacturer service department (Strong Spas) Tony Egert called Superior Home Furnishings 3/12/15 - He stated Strong Spas said he needs a circuit board. 3/12/15 Bev Called Strong Spas and ordered the circuit board (as directed by the customer and service technician at Strong Spas) (same day the customer called) Strong Spas shipped the circuit board on 3/26/15, delivered to the customer on 3/31/15.

The customer did not want to pay a trip charge to have Superior Home Furnishings install the new board. On 4/1/15 the customer called Strong Spas stating he installed the circuit board and it is not working. According to the notes from Strong Spas, Mr. Egert had many items plugged in the wrong spot and nothing was working correctly. (The pump was plugged into ozone, ozone plugged into av, etc.) Strong Spas Resolution: Had him change to the old circuit board configuration, started getting SA code caused by sensor A plug being loose.

When the call was finished all pumps responded as they should and the temp was increasing. Could not confirm that the stereo or ozonator are working (**if not, they were fried when customer plugged it into a 240V position on the motherboard) April 21, 2015 Tony called Superior Home Furnishings and stated he installed the new board and it worked for 1 week and stopped.

We told Mr. Egert that we would send a tech to figure out why the boards are going bad and it sounded like an electrical problem. We said we would waive the trip charge if Mr. Egert's electric was all correct, however if it was the result of his electric being incorrect there would be a trip charge fee. Mr. Egert agreed. April 23, 2015 Superior Home Furnishings sent technician (2 days after calling on 4/21) - Our tech was able to review the wire going from the main box to the GFCI, the GFCI into conduit and the wire coming out of the conduit.

The tech took photos of the wiring and the customers breaker - The correct wire is located at the tub, to be connected to the circuit board but after further review of the disconnect box, it is NOT correct wire from house to disconnect and there are additional breakers within disconnect which is not allowed by the manufacturer of the hot tub. Mr. Egert has the wrong gauge wire coming out of the disconnect going into the conduit. However, the correct wire is coming out of the conduit at the tub obviously resulting in the 2 different gauge wire possibly being spliced somewhere inside the conduit.

The customer wants another tub or someone to fix it. He said he would call Strong Spas to complain. We (SHF) explained, it's not the tub, it's the wiring and he needs an electrician to fix the electrical before the tub will run appropriately. Strong Spas explained the same issues with wiring and it needs to be corrected before further action can be taken.

Both Strong Spas and Superior Home Furnishings told Mr. Egert, the tub is not at fault and it will keep ruining circuit boards until the wiring is replaced and not spliced. Brian, Jennifer and Bev from Superior Home Furnishings have each had conversations with Mr. Egert. Each conversation goes the same way. Mr. Egert being completely belligerent by yelling and screaming. Mr. Egert has made it impossible to have a civil conversation. Mr. Egert does not want to accept any responsibility for the hot tubs board malfunctioning when clearly it is a result of his wiring. Superior Home Furnishings has covered all of the circuit boards thus far and cannot replace yet another board due to the fact that we now know the boards were destroyed with incorrect wiring.

Hot tub and Shuffleboard combo was a huge hit for the house party! My wife is already asking when we can come see you again and discuss Kitchen Cabinets. I have already told my friends & family, now it's time to share with so many others. We bought a hot tub from Brian at Superior Home Furnishings. WOW! this tub is AMAZING! it's BEAUTIFUL! I can't stop bragging about the hot tub we purchased (saving thousands). We have been sitting in it every night. who knew hot tubs had so many features and the relaxation from sitting in it is therapeutic.

We are sleeping better and enjoying life when you can wake up refreshed! If anyone wants a reference "you MUST check out Superior Home Furnishings"! You won't be disappointed and your wallet won't be drained. Brian is the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. Thank you to Brian for having the selection and bargain prices we couldn't pass up. We don't see how we survived this long without the hot tub!
