I'm David Schweig, owner of Sunnyland Outdoor Living, and for the past forty years I've had the privilege to work in an industry whose primary purpose is to improve the quality of life of customers by providing them with comfort and relaxation. My main focus for the past 4 decades has been to make sure the customer has an exceptional shopping experience.
The primary purpose of our site is to serve the customers in our trade area via in-store pickup or in-house delivery. We are able to deliver & setup in our own trucks across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana - you can find pricing on the delivery options tab. At times, we are not able to display our in-store pricing on our website.
Open to the public daily. We are also scheduling private visits before and after store hours for those who wish to shop in a less crowded environment. Sunnyland Outdoor Living is located in North Dallas at the northwest corner of Spring Valley and Coit Rd. The mailing address is 7879 Spring Valley Road #125, Dallas, TX 75254, in the Spring Valley Crossing Shopping Center.
It is important that you take a little extra precaution with you outdoor furniture before an extended freeze so that moisture does not freeze inside their furniture and cause the frame to break open. For extruded aluminum frames: Most extruded aluminum frames have weep holes which help water drain from inside the frames.

We purchased patio furniture, patio table and umbrella from Sunnyland. Teresa our sales associate did an outstanding job helping us select the very best pieces for our outdoor space. The delivery team (Jerriod & Kelvin) went above and beyond setting up our furniture, ensuring we knew how to care for it and how to operate our umbrella. It was truly a white glove delivery process. I would highly recommend Sunnyland.

Visited last Sunday looking for new sun lounge chairs. They had about 10 choices on the floor, we selected two chairs that they had at their warehouse and delivery was quick and seamless on the exact day that we requested (a couple of days later). It was an excellent experience and we will return to Sunnyland for any patio furniture needs.

We first shopped the Sunnyland website for what we might like. Then we went to the store to check it out and amazingly enough they had everything we wanted in stock so we bought that day. Delivery came today and the two men were awesome nice and professional. Very quick and efficient. I would recommend Sunnyland to any and all looking for fine quality outdoor furniture. Thank you.

Our friendly Sunnyland delivery guys, Chris and Jerry, provided us with helpful text arrival updates and then arrived early. They relocated our old furniture and placed new furniture in just the right place. The whole process took less than 10 minutes. Well done and thanks for the excellent service.

I love Sunnyland Outdoor Living. I have never had a bad experience with them. I have worked with Teresa on multiple projects and highly recommend her and all of the friendly staff at Sunnyland. The fact that they have multiple lines in stock is amazing and certainly is why I will be purchasing product for my next project with them as well. No matter what the aesthetic, they have what you are looking for.
The showroom is expansive and they have multiple lines that they carry across several price points. They also have a clearance area where you can find some really good deals as well.

Great place to buy quality furniture. I bought furniture over 10 years ago. One of my chairs swivel base was broken, Marsha from Sunnyland ordered a replacement swivel. The delivery team arrived on time and fixed the chair quickly. Jerry and Steven were professional and exceeded my expectations. Great company all around!
