Shipping communications was not great. Took 2 months for something. That was in stock. Emmett's review: He likes the stories on the end of the tonie but says they are too short compared to the length of the songs on the first half of the tonie. He doesn't like the voice who sings in the beginning of the tonie and rather have all of the stories and no songs.

I ordered a large Bogg Bag and it arrived quickly. I've been looking for these bags forever and kept striking out, even directly from the manufacturer, so I was pleasantly surprised to find them at Storkland. Service was great, price is comparable to other places, and shipment was fast. I've already pre-ordered another special release Bogg Bag.

This place is AMAZING! We just had a Christmas emergency and guess who pulled through? Storkland! Mom got the wrong size Micro scooter. Anne and her daughter came out of their way to open the store up so I would have the right gift for my middle daughter. Talk about great customer service and saving Christmas Day. I do not think I can even put in to words how grateful I am that you guys did this. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a wonderful family owned store that even on Christmas Eve will make sure your customers are taken care of.

Great service! Although the product was out of stock and the website didn't show the product we wanted as out of stock, I was quickly contacted by Anne to share details of the incoming shipment. Anne was great at keeping me updated regarding my order and when we received the ottoman it was exactly what we wanted! I really appreciated the honesty about the situation amongst all of the supply chain issues due to covid.

Excellent communication. They called me shortly after my order was placed to let me know the process and if there would be any changes. Anne kept up communication via email every step of the way and let me know of any delays. Once the item was shipped they promptly emailed me and the order was received very quickly.

Anne was great to work with when purchasing a crib and changing table for our baby. There were a lot of delays with the items coming in from port, and she was on top of everything keeping me updated along the way. Would highly recommend!

The customer service at StorkLand is outstanding! I purchased a swaddle from them and unfortunately the pattern I wanted sold out. Not only did I get a quick refund (the next day) but I also got a phone call telling me that is was unavailable so I wasn't left waiting. The following day I received another message letting me know they had located my swaddle for me if I wanted to repurchase it. The amount of effort that was put forth helping me for $30 sale was impressive and I would definitely shop with them again.

Got my bogg bag here online. Finally was able to order one via pre-order and it arrived a couple weeks later. Fast shipping. They responded to my email questions quickly and sent tracking updates.

I had the pleasure of working with Anne, who is incredibly helpful and sweet! I live in California, but ordered from Storkland's website specifically because of Anne and her out-of-this-world customer service. She is communicative, transparent, and gives great advice. With Anne, we knew we were in good hands. In fact, everyone I spoke to at Storkland was so nice! We will continue to shop here for all of our baby gear and furniture needs!

I had a wonderful experience shopping online with Stork Land! I had my heart set on a particular bed for my daughter which I'd seen on several big-box websites, but they were all back ordered for over a month and I needed it sooner. In my continued search I discovered Stork Land. I gave them a call to check the availability and shipping process due to the pandemic.

I spoke with Anne who was so gracious in explaining to me how she could do her best to get me the bed. In our communications she was always helpful and quick to respond. Within a few days we had the bed at our front door. My daughter is thrilled with the bed and I am thrilled with the customer service we received. I was so happy to support a small business and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this shop.

Overpriced for the majority of people and if you aren't wearing designer clothes, they treat you like a thief or vagrant. I went in with my little one on my way home from the gym. The clerk did nothing but stare at me like I was going to steal. Don't let the clothes fool you lady, I had money. I will never step foot in this store again!

We drove down to Wichita Falls from Lawton, OK just to see what this store offers, we were not disappointed. This is a great store! I just can't say enough about the selection of items, the quality, the prices and the awesome staff they had working there! We had some questions and were referred to the owner and she was incredibly nice and accommodating! We will certainly be back! Thank you all for a great shopping experience!
