They were great at ordering furniture and taking our money. Their customer service since is awful. No explanation for multiple delays, failure to send swatches in a timely manner. Once they get your money they kick you to the curb.

They were great when we bought. But they were terrible since then. They failed to send swatches despite our requests and they failed to explain any reason for multiple delays. Promised 6 months on a sectional which became 8 months and then 10 months (only because I called to ask where it was). When I asked why the delays, they said "because that is how things are" and referred me to the manufacturer for details.

Only one star because I can't give zero. The furniture supposedly has a lifetime guarantee. Yet when a piece of a $3000 plus chair recently broke, I can't get any to talk to me, let alone fix it. I wont give up. But this is terrible service.

PK has provided excellent customer service with no pressure. The furniture is a fine example of beautiful, quality craftsmanship that you cannot find anywhere else. We are so happy to have found this store as it really fits our style and expectations of quality.

Pathological liars that will string you along until you decide enough is enough. I emailed asking to have new cushions made and if I could come in to choose fabric. The sales lady was nice and pleasant at first, telling me that the cushions would be easy. I visited the store, chose a fabric and then she told me she would have an estimate for me the next day.

A few days passed and I wrote her an email and received no response. I let seven days pass then I called her asking if she had an update on the estimate, I was trying to remind her of who I was as I assumed she has many clients so I told her my name and that I had met with her one week ago. her response was to scoff and say that it was only a few days ago when we met.

So I thought that was rude of her to try to make me feel like I was not being honest. She then told me she would have an estimate on Friday. I decided to visit the store on Friday and when I asked to meet with her the sales rep said she never works on Fridays. So why would she tell me to expect an estimate on the day she knows she will not be working?

The sales rep sent her a txt and she then said she will have an estimate on Monday. This was about one month ago and I'm still waiting for the estimate. I decided to go somewhere else for my cushions because I do not like to deal with pathological liars who are to cowardly to say I'm very busy with many clients and I cannot take on your project or say your estimate will be delayed by a few weeks though we want you as a client.

I was not in a rush to have these cushions replaced, I was prepared for the process to take some time. She should have chosen to be honest. It was the consistent lies about when to expect an estimate and her treatment of me made me decide not to go with Stickley.

Ordered a few pieces of furniture (sectional, ottoman, accent chair) in November, 2020. As of June 2021 we still have not received our purchase! Our delivery date has been pushed out with no real estimate on arrival of our furniture. The furniture is not cheap, you expect good quality and good service for the prices being paid. Disappointed in this situation and thought it could be handled better. I wanted to like them but it's hard to ignore waiting over 8 months for living room furniture to arrive.

Extremely poor mask usage. Our salesperson was very helpful, but most of the employees were not wearing masks at all different points of our visit and even our salesperson had to keep pulling up the mask over their nose. Customers are required to be masked, employees should also follow the same guidelines.

Well crafted furniture; beautifully displayed. A great store to browse for furniture and accent pieces, get ideas, and ultimately acquire. Our salesperson, Becky Clough, is highly skilled, friendly, and patient. My wife and I will seek her advice for future furniture needs.

I worked with Rita Hapgood and she was the best and most helpful salesperson I have ever worked with. She was inciteful and listened to what I was looking for and found me the PERFECT couch. Love it and can wait for delivery!

After having one salesperson walk past us twice without acknowledging us at the Englewood location on 2/13/21, we were approached by PK Krier who was extremely helpful! She was courteous, friendly and very knowledgable. She accessed my purchase history to help me remember the finish color of my Stickley furniture, and was very helpful when selecting upholstery fabric.

I would request her for help with any of my future Stickley purchases. I am a bit disappointed by the 4 to 5 month lead time for my chair, but Stickley furniture is always worth the wait! I look forward to sitting in my new Morris chair!

The manager, Karen, was so helpful regarding an inquiry about a bookcase. She sent information and photos about the bookcase to me quickly. Karen was very courteous and helpful. Anne McNeill, an interior designer, has been very courteous and puts forth effort as well. They make shopping for furniture pleasurable. This is quality furniture.

Terrible customer service. My sales rep had 3rd grade reading skills. She couldn't decipher plain English emails. Complaint to manager would have been pointless. It might be reasonable to assume that, after spending over $7000, they would have responded to my inquiries in a professional and timely fashion. Not the case here. Even if you have to spend a bit more, shop elsewhere. The money you spend on furniture will be offset by not having to deal w/the incompetence.

Extremely disappointing experience. The show room is beautiful, and the sales associates were helpful when picking out furniture. When my couch was delivered, however, it was not at all up to standard with what was shown in the store- it is hard and there are already creases in the cushions. A rep from the store came to see it, agreed with me.and I'm still waiting two months later for this to be rectified.

When I call, I've been told that replacement cushions have been ordered or are "shipping", and that I'll be called back the next day for an update, and never called back. Meanwhile the couch is an eyesore, it hurts to sit on, and I had furniture come to me looking better from much cheaper stores. Hoping it's rectified, but two months is past the time I'm willing to be gracious.

Just finished completing the master bedroom refresh after 30+ years. We upgraded to Stickley Metropolitan Collection. Very impressed with he quality and build of the bed, dressers and end tables. These are pieces you can hand down to the kids. Domestically made and high quality; you get what you pay for.

Good third party furniture but beware of their leather. We designed our family room and the sofa we purchased came with a defect in the leather on one cushion. The repair person immediately sent out a "leather tech. He promptly put hot vinyl paste on the defect -- making it worse. The cushion then it went back to the factory to be replaced. We were without a cushion for five weeks!

It came back defective. I then tried using our expensive peace of mind warranty and after they tried to blame us for the damage, they admitted that Stickley had stopped production of the leather used on our couch and thus they could do nothing to help. This is after at least six months trying to convince us that we had somehow damaged our cushion.

It was only after an arbitration process that they admitted the truth. Now I'm being told by Strickley that leather is a natural material and thus variations should be expected. If you look at the warranty, they also state this. I just had no idea what "natural variations" could translate to. I took Stickley to the BBB for arbitration. Won. The manager, James, offered us a "great deal" of redoing the leather in another color for 4k.

The couch costs 6k. I even wrote recently to the president, Ms. Audi. Not even the courtesy of a response. My designer told me that me that a premium price was worth the freedom from hassle. That has not been our experience, unfortunately. The metal side tables we also purchased are great. No problem there. Just stay away from Stickley's natural materials. Finally brought ourselves to put the Stickley leather club chair and ottoman ON THE STREET! Cost too much to have it recovered! DON'T EVER BUY FLOOR SAMPLES OF LEATHER FURNITURE! They are covered with the cheapest 'leather' made. order it made with your choice of better leather. Watch out for the discounted floor sample sales. Wish we did!

As repeat customers of Stickley Audi and Co., we can attest to their highest level of quality furniture and service. Purchased a leather recliner, and we can't be more pleased. Beautiful leather and extremely comfortable. Our sales consultant, George, was very knowledgeable and patient. We wandered throughout their beautiful room settings, and were particularly wowed by their mission furniture. Chair arrived earlier than expected and was delivered to Ithaca within a few days with no damage to the chair or our house. Cannot recommend this highly enough!

Beware Stickley-Audi bait & switch pricing. My wife & I had done our online research & knew exactly what piece of furniture we wanted including the manufacturer, model, etc. I called the closest Stickley-Audi location for a quote including the various leather grades & was satisfied with the quote. So the salesperson, Suzanne, & I arranged to meet at the store at which time I chose leather swatches to take home & she recalculated the quote of $2303 which matched the original quote exactly. Unfortunately, upon returning to the store a second time to return the leather swatches & relay our final choice, Suzanne informed us that the price was $900 higher.

She apologized for the mistake, & of course honest mistakes do happen. Except that she had calculated that incorrect price twice before, causing us two trips to the store in the process. Simply can't do business with an organization that operates in this manner!

I went to Stickley Audi and Co with a client to look for furniture for her Arts and Crafts home in Steamboat and we found quite a few pieces that were just right for her home. Karen and Chris were very helpful and the furniture was delivered and installed in my clients' new home in perfect condition and just when it was promised. The quality of their furniture is excellent.

As much as I love the Internet, it is impossible to buy furniture online. You're going to live with this furniture for a long time so you need the opportunity to sit on it, feel the texture of the fabric fabric, See how the depth of the sofa works with the length of your legs. None of this can be done online. Stickley has beautiful high-quality furniture. Yes it is more expensive than IKEA, but I am counting on it lasting many more years. I love my sofa.

Worse than Bob's. Recommend Basset or Ethan Allen instead. We purchased an overpriced sofa during their summer sale. Delivery drivers held my furniture hostage until I'd agree to pay them an additional $300 cash. I refused--delivery fee was paid in full ahead of time. Just bizarre. The driver cited several conflicting reasons why he didn't want to bring the sofa inside.

Everything fit and was as describe at time of sale. He was clearly looking for any excuse to shake down customers for extra cash. In retrospect, I should've called the police. Driver was threatening and made me feel unsafe knowing where I lived. Upon calling the manager to sort things out, he quickly lost his temper. Makes me think this happens often with their delivery subcontractors. Corporate office was only marginally helpful. I would not recommend to anyone in Westchester.

For those of you with issues with response and deliveries contact Ina Bates in High Point. 5 points for Ina! The furniture is beautiful and well made. Follow up is still somewhat of an issue, but shopping here is pure pleasure!

Terrible experience with our order of customized table and chairs and bar stools. Fabrics were wrong, wood was full of defects and the order took 6 mos to arrive and then another 4 mos to correct all of the issues. Will never ever step foot in this store again! Salesperson washed his hands of the problems -fortunately the manager took control of the situation and 10 mos later we have our items which are acceptable but not made well at all.

Stickley has a large variety of absolutely beautiful pieces. I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted when I went in but the sales team was really patient and listened to what I was saying and was able to suggest the perfect pieces for me. I will definitely be going back for my future furniture needs and highly recommend Stickley Audi & Co. to anyone looking for beautiful high quality furniture.

Best furniture store in Central New York. The quality of the furniture is spectacular. It's probably the highest quality American made product you can buy anywhere. I found the sales people very helpful, not the least bit pushy and very thorough in their knowledge and ability to create beautiful living spaces. It was like having a private interior designer all to myself. I'm a huge fan of their mission furniture which transformed our family room into both the most beautiful and comfortable room in the house. Don't miss the rug department!

Their Stickley design rugs are the most beautiful I've ever seen. When we first moved to Syracuse from Chicago, our realtor said she thought we'd love the store. She was right.

I love the furniture here! The colors, finishes and quality are flawless, and the designs are individual and personal. I was like a kid in a candy shop! I didn't really know what I wanted to get when I got there, but the employees were great at helping me figure out what living room set fit best to me, my boyfriend and our home. The place was recommended by more than one of my friends and I can truly say I understand why; I will recommend it to anyone who asks, and to those who don't ask.

Really bad hours. We came all the way out here after work on a Friday to get a recliner but the second we walked in the door they said they had already closed. They are apparently only open until 6pm so our 30+ minute trip out here was totally wasted since that's the only reason we came out. Sorry Stickley but every single other furniture store is open until 9 or 10pm.

It has now been a month since I was told 2-3 weeks for the new cabinet shins. Last week I got no reply to my e-mail inquiry so I went into the store and spoke to the General Manager. He said he was waiting for a return call. I'm still waiting for an answer! Just called the store and the warehouse manager said they're still not in and only the GM can find out when they will be. He's off today.

Will NEVER do business with them again. Just got a call back from GM/ Supposedly we will have our cushions next Wednesday. Only time will tell. We were told on July 29th that they were ordered.

My husband, kids and I walked into Stickley Audi in White Plains, NY on a Saturday morning browsing for a living room sofa and two chairs. We were greeted cheerfully by interior designer Rob Springer. He listened carefully to what we were looking for. We showed him some pictures of the room and chatted about our own personal taste a bit. By that evening we received an email from Rob of a mock up of what our living room could look like.

It was so beautiful, sophisticated and elegant. I was certain we would get a bill for his time as an interior designer. But we didn't. It looked like a living room out of an interior design magazine. He knew what the right vision was for our young family. He was up on all the trends and transformed our living room into a place that we love and are so proud of. Friends and family will come over and say who did your living room?

And I say I found this amazing designer at Stickley Audi in White Plains named Rob Springer. The beauty of Stickley is that they have so many different furniture companies to work with. So Rob was able to work within our budget. Because Rob was able to stay in our budget for our living room we were able to also re do our family room, kitchen dining area and master suite.

Every detail of every room was clearly thought through carefully. From the fashion forward fabrics to the bold colored lamps each room has been transformed, making our house stylish and sophisticated. I have worked with many interior designers in the past and never has anyone understood the look we wanted all while staying within our budget. Not only is Rob a talented interior designer he is also a wonderful, kind and funny man.

I purchased a Stickley table last February from the White Plains Stickley Audi store and waited four months for the table to be manufactured and delivered. It arrived looking like second hand furniture with scratches and nicks down to the bare wood on three legs and the table top. I contacted the store to report the damage and I was told they would not replace it or refund my money.

So in essence, this store's policy is "We damage it - you keep it". They sent someone out to my house to touch it up. When the touch up guy arrived he told me there was no way to touch it up because of the type of finish. The table had to be sent back to the factory to be refinished. Despite the assurances I was given by the store managers that the table would be restored to its pre-damaged appearance, this was not the result.

The manufacturer only refinished half of the table top. The finish on the reconditioned side differs in both color and opacity from the original finish. Now what I have is a freakish looking table where one side of the table has a brownish tone and the other side of the table has a reddish tone. The visibility of the wood grain also differs between two sides.

It looks as though they applied a second coat of stain without stripping the original stain and the combination is more opaque than the original finish. The refinished side looks cloudy in comparison to the side with the original finish. Bottom line - the two sides of the table don't match. So for $7166 what I am getting is a refurbished table, whose appearance has been significantly degraded as a direct result of the damage imposed by the store's delivery contractor.

I contacted the general manager at the store once again and was told that if I returned the table I would be charged a restocking fee, which will be approximately $2000. Outrageous! I do not think it is an unreasonable expectation that furniture be delivered undamaged. In the event that something is damaged, the vendor should be willing to either replace the damaged goods or refund your money. Reconditioned furniture never looks the same.

The consumer should not have to accept furniture whose appearance and market value has been depreciated due to the damage imposed by the store. I will never ever purchase another piece of furniture from Stickley Audi & Co. again. I am now stuck with a table I don't want because it has been ruined by the really bad refinishing work, refinishing that was necessitated by the damage done during delivery.

I can't resale the table because of its appearance. No one wants a table with two sides that don't match, at any price. My advice is to shop elsewhere. Take your business to a company who is willing to replace furniture that is damaged or provide a full refund. I have shopped for many years at Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, and Crate & Barrel.

All three of these stores will provide a full refund or replacement with absolutely no hassles when furniture is damaged. It amazes me that at the prices charged by Stickley Audi & Co. that they are not willing to do the same.

I was tasked with furnishing the lobby of our apartment building, a lovely old brownstone that been restored to its original pre-war elegance. A very tight budget forced me to check out an insane amount of stores in NY, CT & NJ. Without a doubt, Stickley turned out to have the best selection of quality pieces. To stay within budget I took advantage of several sale items.

The selection of pieces look gorgeous in the various lobby space. I had tremendous help from Tina N, one of their interior designers / salespersons. She was truly a superstar. My experience was excellent.

Best furniture selection in the area. Pricey, but they carry quality brands and give good design help. They will come to your house for free and help you choose the right furniture and fabrics for the room. We ordered a lot from them and are happy with everything. They carry a huge number of brands, but if you are looking for Stickley-branded furniture, they have major sales a few times a year with significant savings. Customer service is clueless, though. We had one issue with an order, and from the manager on down, trying to get help and have the situation cleared up was a nightmare.

Just dropped by today while they were in the middle of a renovation. Even though half of their stock was missing, we got the impression from what was left that they carry high quality merchandise. Things are a bit on the expensive side, but they do have some great pieces that you don't see in major stores like Bloomingdales or Macy's. Stickley's is worth looking into if you're looking for something special for the home and price isn't a major consideration. Oh yeah, tons of parking, and friendly staff too.
