I am a dealer out of Phoenix and look for service providers all over the nation. SW Modular has been great wo work with there in Vegas. Steve is responsive and from what I have experienced his guys are efficient and knowledgeable with what they are doing. The table below was manufactured in Phoenix, delivered to LV and the guys at SW Modular did the rest. Nice work, guys?

Steve at Southwest Modular is a rare find for used office furniture at a really affordable price. He has a really personable approach, and he hooked us up! We drove around to all of the stores that we found for "used furniture" in Las Vegas and were shocked that mainly they had nothing used in stock and they all had priced their used desks and conference tables about the same price as their new furniture.

At Southwest Modular, I found the desk I wanted and they delivered my used executive desk and wall mounted shelving unit to the office with installation - totally smooth process. I will be back for more soon!

I have done business with a few different modular companies here in Las Vegas and no one is as good as Steve and his team. I have done 5 different projects with them and have no reason to look elsewhere. They go above and beyond, are professional, punctual, clean and priced right. Steve comes out if you need a quote or have questions on possible layouts. The installers clean up after themselves and take pride in how things look.

Cannot speak highly enough about SW Modular! Did a refresh and remodel at our office. Steve and Pete were fantastic to work with. Our job included some new furniture and moving and replacing cubicles for a carpet change. They were always there when scheduled and so professional. Took a lot of worry off my plate! Fair prices, excellent workmanship and overall great people to work with. Will use them on any job I have and recommend to all I know.

As another review stated, the address listed on Yelp is incorrect. It should also be noted that you should make an appointment before visiting. About 3 months ago I was looking to purchase one office chair for myself but ended up coming out with two. There was some small miscommunication but they were kind enough to give us a great offer. Super cool owners. My brother and I love our Steelcase chairs, and we're really glad we came here. Thanks again! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for office furniture.

First thing about this company is that Yelp has the address Wrong. It is located at 639 E Brooks Ave, Ste 205, Las Vegas, NV 89030. Thank goodness I googled this business for the address as we had been to many other used office furniture stores & did not find exactly what we were looking for. Pete & Steve were Great! They were able to accommodate us with almost everything we needed at the time of our visit & they told us they would look for the few other items that weren't in their inventory at the time. It was such a pleasure to do business with them. We will definitely be doing business with them again!

We just got back from there showroom and went through the entire purchase with steve and Pete and I must say we couldn't be happier with our used purchase, our office only needed 15 cubicles and some chairs but the pochiro brothers made us feel like we mattered where the other companies in town couldn't be bothered with our smaller sale. I needed a new desk and filing cabinet for my home office, and found this company through Google. The showroom was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Once inside, I was greeted by Steve who turned out to be one of the owners of the company. I was impressed with the amount of items they had in the showroom. He showed me lots of different options in both new and used desks, and I decided to order a new desk with a matching credenza and filing cabinet.

I was told it would take 5 days for my items to get in, and sure enough on day 5 I got a call from Steve saying my stuff had arrived. The next day, my items were delivered and setup in my house. The delivery crew was friendly and clean, and made sure everything was protected as they brought it all inside. Their showroom is really big and I found Steve not only really helpful, but a rather funny individual as well.

I also found out they now sell home furniture too, so I'll be back to get a new couch very soon! I would recommend these guys if you need either home or office furniture.

They lost both of our desks or they sold them and we never got paid for them. They gave us a different desk to replace it but everytime we call to see where it is at they give us a different story. Steve should find a new job. Rude to customers. The movers and Ashley are nice.

Have ordered twice from this company and we are right around the corner from them. Both times the furniture we ordered did not come in when promised. So we were given loaner desks and I had to have my staff move twice and be out of several hours of work. We won't be ordering again.

Great deals on new and used office furniture. Of course they specialize in modular, but offer it all. They buy out clearance deals or large lots and sell for less than I expected. Can finance for your business as well. Family owned and operated - ask for Pete - he is a pleasure to deal with. Make sure to confirm delivery schedule a couple of times. Only problem was they tried to bump a delivery that was time sensitive. I called Pete and he made it all good.
