Moved back Home 3 years ago. Needed New furniture, stopped in, looked around bout 15-20 minutes. No help! Looked at me like I was a bum! Went to Other furniture Store! Immediately was helped, asked if They could help Me! I bought Living room, dining room. CASH ON THE SPOT!

Customer service was great, did not have to walk around long before I was greeted to be serviced. They have an awesome touch screen system to look up products to be ordered. Was given an discount on my purchase and was treated very nicely. Will definitely be back to purchase in the future.

My mom has been waiting on a bunkie board for 2 weeks, She has to call the furniture store because no one is calling her to explain. 2 weeks 3 different delivery dates. Hopefully it is there on Friday, July 12. She needs the bunkie board because now she's sleeping in a chair. I know Southern is better than this.

I've been dealing with Southern Furniture for years now and have never had any problems. Staff have always been very friendly, very knowledge and they always have a great selection to choose from. Don't see what you like in the store? Just ask to see the catalog and you might be surprised just what they actually can get for you. Store is always nice & clean as well. Can't say that about several stores in this area.
