Silly Goose

Having read reviews we were looking forward to some good food. Sadly that was not to be. i had the chicken burger which was cheap frozen burger to go with frozen chips. One bite and the bun fell to pieces. My partner had ham, egg and chips. Whilst the ham was lovely and thick the eggs were totally undercooked after requesting them flipped or well done. An expensive meal that was not eaten.

Summer special place. fairplay to the team that do a mint job juggling food and a massive beer garden/bar service. top banana! Thanks to all the lovely kind folk

A bit much for price of beer but are at sea side nice place they even do breakfast witch is good

Had a play area for the kids but had seen better days. Only had drinks there as the menu wasn't the best

Looked at reviews and thought no but went with family and said about reviews and waitress said new chef so had the piri piri pizza lovely as I work in a pizza place for 5 years. and my family had seafood basket and meat feast pizza and no complaints. We did come a few years ago and was not good but the reason for not a 5 star is the toilet are not checked and clean too my Liking

Everyone was happy with the food. Wasn't overly busy so service was prompt enough and staff were courteous

Bit too pricey for small portions of basic pub grub and limited options, unfortunately we will not be returning.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Beers great. Whitebait was ok. But the pizza's that they are pushing are awful (on a par with the cheapest pizzas that Iceland offer). I could live with that if they were cheap, but they're pretty pricey!

Very poor roast dinner.id even say it was microwave meal pinged for 30 seconds and severed. i say a microwave meal from a dust bin would have had more flavour, deep fat fried Yorkshire pudding with steams of oil still in them, staff knocked my drink over my wife and was not replaced. Decided to eat in garden where one kids stood in dog poo
