Services
We'll contact you a couple days prior to your delivery to confirm the date and give you a two-hour delivery window. If your order contains both in-stock and back-ordered merchandise, we will deliver all items in one delivery. Multiple deliveries can be accommodated by request for an additional fee. If you have any questions about the delivery process, please call Customer Care at (952) 435-7784.
When you're scheduling your delivery, be sure to notify our customer care team of any special arrangements needed. Refrain from scheduling other deliveries like construction/repair work or other appointments during your two-hour time window.

My go-to place for furniture! I'm a young professional and went to Schneiderman's about a year and a half ago to purchase my first piece of quality (aka adult) furniture. I had a great experience in-store and was very happy with my purchase, and this has continued to be the case ever since. I've worked with Chelle (living room furniture) and Reid (mattress). They are knowledgeable, honest/not pushy, and are great communicators in person and via phone/email. I highly recommend this place.

Purchased a living room set which I have loved from schneidermans. We purchased protection plan, protection plan is basically just wasted money. Doesn't cover anything but stains on the couch. The couch started coming apart at the seams for the second time. We have now had 3 separate seams come apart. I have been working with customer service for almost 6 months to get this repaired.

They have ordered the wrong part for the SECOND time. Each time they order a part it takes 8-10 weeks. Both time the part has come in they have not reached out to me. The customer service has turned over 100% since I have been working with them. Paige is phenomenal but no one else in customer service or the lakeville warehouse seem to be able to handle anything. It will be probably 10 months from first call until I actually have my fixed couch back in my house.

In January I posted a review on the poor performance of the customer service from Mary and Terry. They advised me that the problem concerning my sofa were mine. Luckily i have a resourceful son-in-law with the help of Amazon found the missing piece to correct the issue. Yesterday I received a call from Mary letting me know she was checking into it. Wow, didn't have a problem 2 months telling me I was on my own. She end the call by saying she was glad she could help. Ha!

We went to Schneiderman's to buy a specific couch. We got great service, a fast order and are excited to get our sofa. We understand that it will be a long delay due to all ordering of furniture. So, we wait. We are hopeful, excited and will update the review once we receive the couch!

My wife and I were shopping for a new look for our bedroom. Neither of us had much experience with quality furniture - we're both pretty utilitarian and haven't veered far from that since college, where utilitarian equals poor and needy. ANYWAY, Randy Rollins at Schneiderman's in Plymouth helped us by getting us started, then like a mind reader, he hung back, answered our questions without judgment, did math, and was just a good ambassador for the store. We decided this morning that we now have a "furniture guy" and his name is Randy Rollins. Thanks man. Thanks.

The day after my initial review appeared on Yelp, the manager from Schneiderman's called to say that they were able to deliver the chairs sooner after all. Two days later, they arrived via garage drop. Overall, the chairs turned out well. We are disappointed that the arms of one of the chairs don't quite match-angled/slanted slightly differently- something we would not expect with Flexsteel chairs in this price range. After waiting so long however, we'll live with it.

We purchased a 3 piece sectional couch from Schneidermans that is well out of warranty but if we had any idea that the fake leather was going to wear like you'll see in the photos, no consumer in their right mind would have made the purchase. No pets, indoors 100% of it life and less than 4 hours of use per week for the sectionals entire life. Schneiderman's please make this right. Schneiderman's Response: "Hey Matt, So I did hear back from the vendor.

Unfortunately they only had a one year manufacturer's warranty on the sectional. In looking at the piece and the price point per piece, it has lasted about what would be expected. I am sorry I do not have better news for you, but I do hope you have a wonderful New Year. Schneiderman's doesn't stand behind their products or their customers. 2 years ago I purchased a recliner from them. Within 1 month it broke. They sent a technician 3x's to my home to "fix it." Every time they left, the technician admitted it was still broken. They picked up the chair and took it to their shop, "fixed it, " and then returned it back to my home.

Immediately I sat down and it was still broken. The repair technician admitted he never sat in it and said there was nothing that could be done. They called the manufacturer who flat out told them they wouldn't warranty the product. Schneiderman's response: We will give you store credit, we won't refund your extended warranty, and you have to pay a $50 fee to have it picked up and then pay another delivery fee for whatever I were to use a store credit on.

I tried calling their corporate Director of Customer Service, but he never called me back. The store manager, Kevin, was rude and unapologetic at bestI'll never spend another dime there. Be cautious, they don't stand behind their products. Update 10/8/2019 - They've responded on social media to look helpful. Spoke with their store manager.

He was beyond condescending and rude. Then I spoke to the "Director of Customer Service." He told me they could refund my money, but needed approval from the store manager. Just received an email from the Director saying my request was denied. Moral of the story, they're sell faulty products and don't stand by their products. If you want furniture that breaks literally within days after your purchase and you want ZERO opportunity to return a faulty product, go shop here. I'll keep you all posted once I get my refund.

Don't expect after sales support The buying experience was typical. Nothing special but also nothing unpleasant. The reason for the poor review is that they don't stand behind the products they sell. We purchased a mid level Flexsteel sofa from them that developed a structural defect (broken wooden frame member) within the warranty period. Schneidermans has refused our requests for warranty repair or replacement.

Not only that they have stopped responding to emails entirely. A company really shows its stripes in handling problems. Schneidermans has shown they don't have their customers backs beyond the point of sale. Edit to add: apparently they like top respond on social media only tip ignore you when you reply to them. What a sham. Don't let the reply below fool you into thinking they care. They don't.

I stopped in to look at mattresses on a whim- and Reid made the buying process very slick and easy. And made delivery happen on my day off which with my work schedule can be very challenging-

This store has beautiful items at great prices. Very helpful and kind staff. Holly helped us put a hold on a potential order and then cancel with zero penalty when we realized we were still months away in our scheduling. We will be back when the time comes for furniture shopping.

Walked around the store today for 90 minutes with my boyfriend and we were never greeted by a single employee. Not taken seriously as young millennials apparently. Took our business elsewhere.

Great selection! Maggie was the salesperson that helped us order custom items for our new home. She has a great eye for design and is really fun to work with. The delivery men who set up our canopy bed were detail oriented and even noticed a flaw that I wouldn't have. They let the service department know and a tech was sent out to fix it. When it was determined unfixable I was given a discount.

Thank you! Remember this flaw I wouldn't have even noticed! When we picked up our dining chairs they were unwrapped and we inspected each one. They were perfect! The man working the pick up dock even let us borrow moving pads so we could get them home safely. We are so happy with our new furniture and plan on going back.

I got a coffee table from the distribution center and was unhappy with how distressed it was compared to the floor model. The customer service lady contacted the store I ordered the table at and I was able to swap it out right away. Very happy with how my dissatisfaction was handled.

Very disappointed in the policy driven "customer no-service". Very weak short sighted thinking by management. Black and white. no matter how much you're going to spend or have spent, they don't care and if they can stick it to ya they will. Restocking fees are a thing of the 80's and an archaic practice that makes a customer say. "I don't care if I have to go to another town.

I won't spend my hard earned money here." That's what my wife said as she needs to furnish our vacation home. Ridiculous practice to think that they've got a person ready to drop $25k and they can't suspend or waive a couple hundred dollar restock fee. Hilarious and sad all at the same time that owners never see why they go out of business or have to close stores.
