Sandy Sutton's Interior Spaces

I suppose that Sandy is a good designer based on the other reviews; however, she definitely was not the designer we needed or wanted. Her designs did not provide much that was new, different, or interesting. She did not have sources for the types of fixtures and furnishings that we wanted, and did not offer other sources that might have what we wanted.

The contractor she suggested was not easy to work with, was expensive, and was not used for our job since he would not meet our requirements. She provided us with one useful idea, but we paid too much for just one good idea.

Sandy and Kim are always fantastic towork with! Each time I need design advice and expertise they are on the ones I call on. Outstanding results always!

Sandy Sutton is by far the most experienced designer I have had the pleasure of working with. She is attentive, kind and extremely passionate towards her client's happiness. I chose to work with Mrs. Sutton because of her award winning design quality that has been showcased in At Home in Arkansas Magazine, and other major designer publications.

I myself love serving my community and aiding in the development of growth and the spirit of charity. That's why when I found out about Mrs. Sutton's philanthropy design work, I was truly impressed at the level of dedication and love that she brings to the realm of designing. I told Sandy I wanted her to furnish my condo and then how much my budget was and she said more would be better. I see now afterwards why, as it was better for her. I found out she picked only high end furniture. Not only did she exceed my budget, she never got several items I told her I wanted, like curtains and area rugs, throws, and pillows for the three piece living room furniture. I kept asking for items but she just kept overpaid checks and never came back or contacted me. So as it turned out she was all about the money and not satisfying the client.

I recently moved to hot springs from out of state. let me just add here this is my 7th home i own & am no stranger to renovations. i was completely surprised that when i met with sandy she seemed inexperienced in any of the concepts or ideas i had. though they were simple. i needed flooring, painting, cabinets, lighting, kitchen & baths re-done. she didn't even have an ipad or access to a computer to view ideas i wanted to show her. i had to use my iphone to show her. i felt like she didn't understand & kept trying to sell me the products she had available thru her store. i left her my telephone number. she never called me. i called her about scheduling an appointment two weeks ago & she said she had to get in touch w/someone & call me back. i have never heard a word from her. she still has my pictures & i am hoping she has the courtesy to return them as i have asked. i didn't feel she was professional or accomplished. i had no confidence in her ability & am glad to have found someone i am looking forward to working with that understands my needs & desires.

She cost me time and money while I patiently waited and accommodated her schedule. Then. she broke her word. Have a back up plan. #NotDependable

Sandy is a dedicated bulldog for her clients. In November of 2013 a vendor hung some motorized shades for us that were a total disaster. They were not measured properly and the electrical cords were all over the placed, just carelessly taped to my newly painted walls. I was sick. Sandy was sick. I asked for my deposit back, but the vendors refused.

So I told them to take the shades down and that they would be hearing from my attorney. They then took chapter 7 bankruptcy so there was no way for me to get my money back. Sandy contacted the BBB who referred her to the Attorney General's "Got Your Back" office. After 18 months Al, my husband, and I have beautiful window treatments all thanks to Sandy's perseverance and her never give up attitude. - Ann R. White

It has been a joy getting to know Sandy. At first I was afraid I was so out of my league going to her for help, but she was so understanding and put me at ease immediately. Thank you for everything, it is beautiful.

After we retired and decided we wanted to renovate our lake house and move to Hot Springs full time, I contacted Sandy. I told her that I needed a person who could help me some with design, but a lot with choosing whom to use for what. She agreed to that and was a tremendous help and introduced me to a great contractor and worked wiith him to help me to produce a design. Sandy took me shopping and made contacts for me in every area needed. She also went to bat for me if I had any problems with anyone she had recommended. I had a good experience and would highly recommend her.

Sandy is a designer exemplar. She is resourceful, creative, enterprising, kind, 'no pressure', and unique. She puts her clients first and sets an easy approachable manner in how she works with them. You can count on Sandy to 'deliver the goods' and create a 'raving fan' from every client with whom she works. Never worry - Sandy has your best interests at heart and will work tirelessly to exceed your expectations.

Sandy's creativity keeps her on the cutting edge of design but at the same time her strength is designing projects that reflect your personal space. I highly recommend!
