My experience with this business sounds similar to others. We paid our deposit almost four years ago. We never received our dining room hutch and we never received our $3032.88 deposit refund. Flori totally ignored all communication by email and text, time and time again. When we finally reached them by phone, they promised to follow through. That didn't happen.
We even gave them three scenerios of paying us back. Nothing. Our experience has been nothing but exhausting, frustrating, and stressful. Again, they do have beautiful furniture. This business is dishonest and I would not trust them.

I paid 50% down payment for three pieces of bedroom furniture per custom dimensions that fit my room. Two pieces arrived later than promised but were fantastic and I was very pleased with the price. I was told there was a problem with the nightstand and it would come later. It's been over a year since I received the first two pieces, and despite several email promises from Flori that I would be taken care of, still no nightstand and she has not returned my deposit. I am now stuck with mismatched bedroom furniture.
