DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Had to give them 1 star only because 0 is not an option. Had a horrible experience with this store and customer service. We were misled about what was included with our bedroom set. When it got delivered we realized we were missing the fireplace that came with the dresser and upon calling the store they said we needed to pay extra to have the fireplace included.

That was never mentioned to us when we made the purchase or even mentioned as an option at all and the sales person knew we specifically picked that set because of the fireplace. We called to say we didn't want it and to take it back right after it had been delivered and they wouldn't take it. This was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and will be contacting my lawyer. I would avoid the stress and NOT BUY FROM THEM.but if you do decide to purchase from them I recommend you make sure exactly what's included with your purchase

I don't know why so much bad reviews. I went to this store and I was treated well the sales person wasn't pushy which I like. He helped me out in finding the best sofa for my living room and under my budget he told me the truth of how long it will take if I order the couches online which was 2 months yikes so I decided instead of taking the red I took the blue it was in stock there price was actually a good price compare to raymour and flannigan. I will defiantly buy here again.

Furniture looks and feels like poor quality. Would suggest going somewhere else

Buyer Beware. I purchased a full house worth of furniture from them. Terrible customer service once they got paid. Some pieces of furniture had issues in them and they wouldn't come out to fix it or replace. Will not be going there anymore or recommending.

Had an issue with my stool and they fixed the issue in no time replaced it with a new one in less than a week.

Great service getting everything done quickly and efficiently! Will also was great helping out!

Shady place, do not buy anything. They have items in showroom, but tell you the item is out of stock and will be in with next truck. 2 months later you are still waiting. If you try to cancel order they say it was a special order and you can't cancel.

Do not shop here! Terrible customer service. I purchased a sofa set without the couch because it was back ordered. Ok cool. When the couch came in I financed it with a table and coat rack which was "on order" and was told it was about a month to get in. After the month past I asked about it and the rep Vince was rude and said "I told you two months" and we don't know when it will be in stock.

I wouldn't order something that's going to take two months to get here nor will I make payments on an item that I don't have or isn't on its way. When I spoke with the finance team, they stated that it shouldn't have been sold if it wasn't in stock. Even now, I have yet to hear from the store or if the item ever came in. As if they don't care at all.

The way they do business is a bit shady and never have anything in stock. Always have to order things that are on the showroom floor which makes no sense. Save yourself the hassle.

Nice selections but a lot of stuff not in stock very long wait

The guy behind the counter was not pushy and the finance deals fit into our budget perfectly. Got a wonderful bed we left the same day with. If you're in need, give them a stop.

I paid for delivery of a bedroom set. They charge $70 for delivery. The day 04/26/18 I was supposed to get my furniture delivered they did not show. I was told they had an issue with a delivery in Geneva. I had to reschedule the delivery. The bedroom set was delivered 3 days 04/29/ 18 later from the original scheduled delivery. When it was finally delivered they just dropped off the pieces in the living room. They did not set up the furniture. I was told we don't set up furniture. I did plan on buying more furniture from them, but I'll take my business somewhere else.
