A hazardous accumulation of gas can occur in the unit you do not carefully follow the lighting instructions in your owner's manual.

Recently bought a hot tub from Rich's and Sasha was sent out to give us an orientation and did a wonderful job showing us how the control panel and jets worked. She also went into detail walking us through the chemical process and got our water to a good state. She was also patient with us when we had concerns about the product and its installation and wasted no time calling the store to get the ball rolling. She was an excellent representative of the store.

I have been around LOTS of gas fireplaces but this is one of the nicest I have seen! We purchased ours and had it installed by Rich's For The Home and our experience was wonderful. They treated us like family, sold us a high quality gas fireplace insert and went out of their way to help us trouble shoot a minor issue we had resolving it in minutes.

The installation crew was very professional, neat and explained our unit to us to make sure we knew exactly what to do to get optimal operation and enjoyment from our fireplace. Nothing but a really good experience from start to finish with a beautiful high quality fireplace. Trust it will serve us for years to come!

Thank you Rich's, and specifically Sasha! We have had an exceptional service using Rich's to order, and install our new hot tub. It's gorgeous by the way. One hiccup, was that the delivery team contracted by Rich's, placed the tub the wrong way. It needed to only be turned 90 degrees, as my husband had the electrical under the cement all lined up to match the hot tub specs. Sasha and another tech were sent out to help us.

Little did they know that they would be rotating our hot tub with some man power. Sasha knew I was not excited for the cover lift to be rearranged as it would leave holes in the panels, she offered to rotate all the panels so minimal holes were left exposed. This exceeded our dreams of the problem being solved. She also helped us with lots of little chemical goodies to get started after showing us how the tub works. Thank you for sending her to us! We look forward to using this tub, and working with Rich's in the future.

We bought a huge Napoleon grill for our house in Bellingham, Wa. Our house is rather tricky to find and also difficult for a large truck to have room to park in order to deliver. Then, after all that.we have a maze of steps to get to the house! I had doubts that the delivery people would be able to get the grill down the stairs, but Jonathan and Gustavo arrived, found a place to park and navigated their way down the maze of steps and placed the grill exactly where I wanted it and not a scratch on it!

They were so professional and nice and didn't even complain about the difficulty of this delivery. I highly recommend their service. Now, if the weather would just get warmer!

From the moment I connected with Jeffery - it was great. He was detailed, thorough, gave me tear sheets, options, was very communicative. Great with follow through. And needless to say - I am very very happy! It's just a stunning fireplace! (Oh - I bought the Dimplex!) And my contractor did an amazing job building the "feature wall" - so I have to give a shoutout to Soma Construction too. Highly recommend Rich's!

We purchased our gas fireplace insert and our sales person was Troy. He was the best! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took care to show us all of the options. He is part of the reason for our purchase from this store. We also selected Rich's because we were looking for certain features that no other gas fireplace vendors in the area could offer.

And the one shop that did, the unit was ugly. This offers everything we need all in a stylish and good looking unit. I am giving this just 4 stars because all was installed in November. It has now been 3 months and the fan has begun making a loud noise intermittently. Due to my work schedule, weekends is when I am available to take care of business. Unfortunately, the service department is closed during this time. This is something that we really hoped and believed would last more than just 3 months.

The service department is swamped (Covid?) but when you make contact they are quite simply AMAZING! Julie provided great phone support for my fireplace insert issue but sent a technician for a "hands on" fix. Dane was so knowledgeable and efficient I couldn't be more pleased. He fixed my problem and used outstanding clean and safe protocols! Dane, and the service team get an A+ in my opinion!

I had a great experience at Rich's. Katie was my salesperson, and she was friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable, and always kept me updated at every step. She made everything go so smoothly. Also, it was a trickier installation, and the installers were excellent. My electric fireplace looks beautiful!

We contacted Rich's because our fireplace needed repair. Brandon came to our home and provided us with the repairs that were needed. The fireplace looks like new and works fine now. Without a doubt, Brandon was the best service person that we have ever had in our home. He was professional, polite, courteous, careful, efficient, and kept us informed as he did his work. Courtney and Keith are great! We bought a new home about a year ago that has two fireplaces. One is an open (no doors or glass) gas log set that worked and the other is a useless wood burning fireplace with a rusted out flue damper. After the first year, the gas fireplace stopped working and would shutoff after an hour. Every fireplace store I called simply told me they wouldn't work on it unless they originally installed it.

It was probably 20 years old so there was no record anywhere as to who installed it. They all basically told me "good luck" and suggested I replace it with a gas insert. They would then proceed to tell me they were mostly all out of stock and wouldn't have anything available for another 6 months. Oh, and every single store openly admitted they had raised their prices at least 30% since the pandemic began so everything was insanely expensive. Frustrated, I called Rich's and spoke with Courtney Joseph in their service department and she was super helpful right off the bat.

She asked me to e-mail pictures of the gas log set and if it was a brand they were familiar with they could try to fix it. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a brand name anywhere. Regardless she didn't think it would be worthwhile to try to have it repaired when the cost of repair would likely be comparable to buying a whole new gas log set. Here's where true customer service proves itself: Rich's doesn't sell gas log sets, they only sell inserts. Courtney took the time to research who does sell them and e-mailed me a list of Rich's competitors where I could buy a new one.

I thanked her and thought with that type of customer service maybe they would also be competitive on the price of a new gas insert. I had always wanted to upgrade but didn't want to unless I could get a decent deal on it. I called back and spoke with Keith Green in their sales department. He was very helpful and provided a quote over the phone that was easily 30% cheaper than everyone else.

My wife and I went down to Rich's that afternoon, picked out TWO new gas inserts. Each one was thousands less than other companies had quoted including installation. Here's the best part, everything on the show room floor was in stock and they could install in two weeks. Can't recommend Rich's and their staff enough!

We met with Troy to purchase our first hot tub. He spent HOURS going over the different models and features of each spa. No pressure sales just lots of great information to make sure we purchased the right one. Troy spent a good amount of time going over all the different chemicals and how to use each one. Delivery was quick and the install team was professional and spent time going over next steps. Troy was very helpful and responsive after the electricians were done to help us figure out some of the features; pumps, waterfall etc.

We purchase a wood burning fireplace insert. It was installed by a third party company. When taking the measurements the wrong surround panel was ordered and was too small to cover the fireplace opening. It has been a fiasco trying to get the right surround panel. Five weeks out and we still don't have the appropriate size! My husband has had to call every week for a status update.

No one will call us back. Last week we physically went to the store with the hope of getting the issue resolved. They finally told us that they need to have in hand the wrong piece before ordering the right piece. My husband made a second trip that day and delivered the wrong piece to them. Today, my husband went to pick up the replacement piece and it is EXACTLY the same size as the WRONG piece. Apparently, they have no intention of ever giving us the right piece. We will be requesting a refund and going elsewhere to get this resolved.

LOVE OUR NEW PATIO FURNITURE! We went into Rich's and worked with Candice who was extremely professional and helpful. Walking in, my bf and I were not really planning on spending a lot of money on outdoor furniture, I mean our indoor furniture is nothing fancy. Our salesperson Candice understood our situation and our budget, she truly cared about how much we were comfortable spending and finding something that still fit our needs.

My bf and I were probably in there for hours and Candice was super patient and attentive. We finally decided on a set that was def above our initial price range, but we are IN LOVE and know that it's going to last (probably longer than our indoor furniture). Thank you so much! We will be coming back for future needs!

We LOVE the fireplace insert we bought from RIch's! We initially had some issues with them around where/when our fireplace would be available. Problems are going to happen with all companies though and it's most important how they deal with issues when they do pop up. We bought the fireplace in Mar/2020 right at the beginning of the shutdowns due to COVID19 and Rich's was short-handed like most companies.

After we complained about the issues Rich's bent over backward to take care of us. Like I said, issues can always pop up and this was a very unusual time, but Rich's showed themselves to be a very reputable company. In the end we 1) love the fireplace and 2) love how Rich's took care of us.

We ordered a fire table in June. We were told it would take 6 weeks which was fine. After 8 weeks and hearing nothing we phoned. No one knew what the status was and we were told they would call us back. Weeks later and hearing nothing. It took us calling and checking every few days before we were told it was there and ready to pick up, this is late October now.

We organized a truck and help and when we arrived the store manager said that it wasn't there and she didn't know where it was. She would call us back. After a week of hearing nothing we kept calling. Nobody knew anything. I finally called the Lynwood store and after getting dropped twice while holding, I finally got ahold of someone. Several calls later, she found it and scheduled the delivery.

When delivered the guys didn't have the tool to connect it. Again, no one called or followed through. Back to daily calls to Tukwila and Lynwood both. Nobody knew what was going on or what needed to be done. (Some of the calls they told me that the table was almost ready for pickup) Always promises of calling us back which they never once did.

After another 2 weeks, we found the problem was that they didn't know which tool was needed and we had to send photos. The fire pit was finally installed the 2nd week in December. The fire table looks nice but I wasted way too much time talking to people who were completely disorganized and stressed. Absolutely unbelievably bad experience.

We have bought outdoor furniture, umbrellas, BBQ, and 2 fireplaces at Rich's. The sells rep was helpful and delivery was clean and prompt. Follow up with service exceeded my expectations. The quality of the products are very good. We will continue to do business with Rich's! Our next purchase will be a hot tub!

We absolutely love our gas insert fireplace we got but to say the service was good is an understatement. After a small snafu getting the wrong log set for the fireplace, our sales rep Kyle (Tuckwila branch) went way out of his way to go to their Bellevue warehouse before work to pick up our log set. Then after work he showed up at our house himself and installed a log set. Rich's has a great employee in Kyle and a long customer in us.

Wow! THE BEST selection of furnishings for your outdoor spaces. Chairs, lounges, fire pits, etc. for the lawn, terrace, loggia, patio, deck, balcony, lanai, or whatever you call it Rich's will furnish with comfort and style. I wanted chaise lounges with comfort-high seats so I can sit and stand with ease. Also, I wanted light-colored frames with green seating material. Customizable choices - how cool is that? I knew what I wanted, and at Rich's you will see it and know it's right for you. I'll post pictures when it arrives.

Don't go here if you want competent service or an affordable spa/ hot tub. For very basic follow through issues regarding my sale and delivery, I have had to wait for months to get things from them, On the third time, I decided to just wait and see how long it would actually take to have the items taken care of after the quoted date from my representative, I quit at 90 days and realized that again they just forgot about me again after the sale. have had to return to the store 3 times to remind people to do their jobs and to top it off, their spas are way too expensive. Settle for less and get your spa/hot tub from Costco. This place is a trap and less than zombie level attention is the norm. Bye bye!

We had a great experience here, don't remember who I worked with but everyone there was really helpful. My aunt recommended them because she got her woodstove installed here. We ordered our woodstove here Mid Nov 2018, we asked to be put on a stand by list (in addition to our set appt on installation a month later) just in case someone canceled so that I could get in sooner.

One week later we got a call and were able to get in 3 weeks ahead. It was a fast process with the installation, they checked down our chimney to make sure it was clear enough to install everything and it was great to go! Prices here are WAY more reasonable than everywhere else that I called. And they were way more helpful and straightforward. They have models in their store that you can look at in person and give you several pricing options.

It was quick and painless. We paid them for the wood stove stuff, and paid the installers separately after they were done. They have payment plan options if needed as well. Our house has been staying warm all winter, we have had no issues so far and its been 4 months now! Thanks guys! I do recommend them! Best of luck!

Kyle in sales was super helpful. He helped select the perfect tub for our family and coordinated delivery and removal of old tub. Really value feedback and great service Install team was also terrific. Crane delivery and removal took less than an hour and everything went smooth.

Update - got a call from these folks that they have made significant changes in both staff and processes. They apologized for how my transaction was handled. Rich's does carry solid, name-brand inserts so if they have truly tuned up the sales process, it might be worth your time to go have a talk with them. Everyone should be given a chance to fix their mistakes and it sounds like they may have done that. Upvoted for reaching out and apologizing plus making real changes.

Ok, My original 5 stars review that I had previously written, that went down to 1 star is now back to 5. Jon, the owner of Rich's contacted me and we discussed the situation that I had experienced at great length. He listened to me and asked appropriate questions in reference to my outdoor furniture. The manufacturer is not going to replace my umbrella but Rich's is.

He made it clear that he wants his customers to be happy with their purchases as well as having a good overall experience. We also spoke in great length regarding any possible problems. I gave him my word that my umbrella will go down in September and will not even have the potential for another problem. I felt that discussion was very fair, and if I were the business owner, I would expect the same courtesy. Resolving issues should be made by both parties, and I actually feel that this company made a problem right. Will I shop here again? Yes. Will I encourage my friends to do the same? Absolutely! Thank you Jon, for listening to your customers, while being professional and respectful!

I was referred here by the manufacturer for my wood stove. I need a new door. This store referred me to their "parts department" (which I think they said was in Lynnwood). I called the number and had to leave a voicemail. My call was returned a day and a half later. I told the woman what I was looking for and she said the computer showed one in stock for $349 and quoted me $20 for shipping it. (I thought the actual price seemed high but the shipping was too low.but what the hell do I know?). Anyways, she said she would walk out to the warehouse to make sure it was there and then call me to finalize the transaction.

She didn't. I waited two weeks and then decided to call someone else - Good Earth Works in Maple Valley. They were so quick and efficient.asked me for the serial number of my stove to get the right part, then called me right back with a quote. And it was $279, not $349, with five day delivery.
