Our HOA bought here and within a year the straps started to discolor badly, but only some straps which made it obvious there was a quality control problem since we had the basketweave design and the straps going one way were fine but the straps that went the other way on the same chair were rotting quickly.? They did not cover it and we had to pay another company over $300 to replace the bad straps after just a year.

I've bought quite a bit of pool furniture from Alumatech over the years and have always had a terrific experience. I have properties along the east coast of Florida where I need furniture to put around the pool areas for our guests. The Alumatech furniture has always lasted the longest and I talking about years of use and abuse. Ordering and delivery has always worked well. Never had any issues.

I'm so glad that I found out about Alumatech! They recently refinished and re-slung two Winston swivel chairs for a vacation rental property that I help to manage. The chairs were in pretty bad shape with peeling paint and a torn sling. I dropped them off at Alumatech and in two weeks we had what now look like brand new chairs. The people at Alumatech were very helpful with the selection of paint and fabric colors. Top notch company!

Xhibtz is a purchasing company in business for 16 yrs. We started purchasing from Alumatech 4yrs ago. At the present time we use them 100% for all domestic production. We work with 5 Star Country Clubs, Hotels. HOA's, C O A's. as well as million dollar homes. We have purchased millions dollars in product. All our clients cant say enough on how great the product is.
The owner goes above and beyond to see the quality goes into every piece. They have also helped several of my clients by fixing other manufactures products. This is a top notch company and I highly recommend them if your looking for refinishing or new.

We purchased a large residential purpose order of eleven chairs, two chaise lounges, two tables, an umbrella stand, and umbrella from Alumatech. Jeff, the owner, was knowledgable, helpful, and extremely personable. We decided on colors, styles and quantity using his expertise and our order was processed and filled quickly. Fast forward to almost three years later, due to sun exposure we needed repairs on a few of our items and Jeff once again was kind and courteous providing a very reasonable repair quote and our items will be ready within a week. We love using a local family owned and operated business and Jeff goes above and beyond for his customers, always guaranteeing quality and care!

Do not purchase products from Alumatech. I have never received such poor customer service from any company, incompetence does not begin to cover it. I began the process of attempting to purchase a large order for a home association in March. Multiple emails were sent to Sara Peterson who was my contact there was asking specific questions. She either did not respond at all or did not answer the questions that were asked.
Over a month later, on Friday May 1st I received a call from Sara's supervisor, Gina Bennis, stating that she saw I was having problems getting my questions answered and wanted to help me get the order processed. I wanted to order 25 chaise chairs and 8 strap chairs with driftwood colored frames and the accent straps royal blue. Gina informed us that the sale price that I had been quoted only applied to a white frame although that is not what Sarah had told me. Gina agreed to honor the sale price and allow us to have the driftwood colored frame at no additional cost due to the lack of customer service Sarah provided us for over a month.
Our property Manager supplied Gina with the credit card information and details of the order in writing, including color. We were notified that the credit card payment was rejected, (There was ample funds available and it turns out it was entered incorrectly wrong by Alumatech) so we sent a check for $5028.00 and were told our estimated ship date was 5/29. Gina refused to send it expedited without large addition charges even though I had been attempting to make the purchase for a month!
Approximately a week later we were notified that they had misplaced the check that we sent and could we send another one. We had to pay for a stop payment on the first check and reissued another check. On 5/30 and 6/3 our property manager emailed and called Gina at Alumatech requesting an update on when the furniture would arrive. We received no response.
On 6/8 I contacted Gina and asked where our furniture was. She informed me that Sarah had never processed the order and they had discovered this on 6/4. I asked Gina why we had not been notified of this even when we had been requesting updates. She had no answer, our property manager suggested that we cancel the order completely at this point and have our money returned. Gina informed us that it was a custom order and could not be canceled.
I requested that after over two months of the worst customer service I had ever experienced and now that the order had not even been processed that the only way I wished to continue with this purchase was if a discount was applied or additional pieces of furniture were sent at no charge. She stated she would speak to her boss and get back to us. Later the same day, Gina sent an email that our order had been processed and would be shipped the next day and would get back to us shortly concerning the requested discount.
As of today, July 20, we have never received a response from Gina or management. On Friday June 12th the shipment arrived, All furniture received had plain white frames, not driftwood in color as requested and verified with Gina. To recap my experience with Alumatech, it took me over a month to actually be able to place the order, a valid and sufficient credit card payment was rejected due to their error.
