I absolutely love love love these people, when I'm in the area it's my first stop always rather it be for the wonderful selections of McCalls candles, something new for table decor, windows, rugs or photo frames. I'm seriously missing them with the covid restrictions! Can't wait to see you again soon!

I was treated beyond rudely. Will never return to that shop again. I DO NOT recommend as the owner is awful!

My friend parked near the store and the owner had her car towed. At the time she parked there signs were clearly not posted. The owner was very rude. He could of easily put a nice note on her car asking her to please not park there.

It's pretty sad that they tried to get someone towed when there was no signs indicating that there was no parking allowed there

Love Love LOVE Pieces of the Past. they carry many unique and fun items making it rare that I don't find something that just has to come home with me. But, as I read the negative comment about parking it makes me wonder if they could have been the car blocking the loading dock. It's so sad that anyone (who ever it was) would be lacking enough common sense and courtesy to assume that to be an appropriate parking spot for a personal vehicle.

I have never had a problem finding public parking either on the street or the public lot at the other end of the block. Blocking a loading dock from busy delivery drivers is just plain low!

Pieces of the Past has been a Winona tradition for my family and I for years. One of the favorite things to do while in Winona is go to Aucustic Cafe, sit in a booth eating lunch, then go across the street to Pieces of the Past to dream walking around the beautiful furniture in their show room. A few years ago, I finally bought enough barnwood furniture to fill my townhouse.

Its been 6 years already! Besides being durable, the furniture makes any place look and feel warm and cozy. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for something alittle different then what you find anywhere else. They custom made furniture to fit my townhouse too, which was amazing! This is a family owned business and they really give great customer service. If you go to Winona, Minnesota, you have to make this one of your stops, and maybe some day you will have a house full of beautiful barnwood furniture too :
