Unfortunately, Phi Builders designers were not interested in giving me the time of day. Perhaps it was my pointed questions, perhaps my impatience at the greeters lack of knowledge, or my rushed demeanor, as I was pressed for time. The result was they told me repeatedly my inquiries would be returned, She was just finishing lunch, so on, but I was snubbed for my supposed transgressions.
In other words, not someone I would do business with. Please treat your customers with honesty and integrity in the future and do not lie to them. I appreciate the owners outreach to me about my concerns. However the claim that they tried to reach me rings false as I called two or more times and nobody mentioned problems with reaching me. Be that as it may, An apology is appreciated and I change my rating, though I have moved on and am working with a cabinetmaker.
