Great people! Great selection! If you have or want a Big Green Egg, this is the place you get it. Excellent customer service and the staff answered all of our questions. Tons of BBQ supplies for all types of grills. They have all the sizes of BGE on display including the XXL which was impressive. Will definitely be returning to do business.

I found a used hotspot tub that needed a lot of help. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They always have exactly what I need. If not, Cathi can usually find it. And they take the hassle out of owning a hot tub by testing water for you. Will always use and recommend patio pool and fireside!

Got put off for 4-5 months, got quoted for a job and a used tub. The price of the labor and used unit went up over a thousand dollars each in a few months. Then I tried to buy a new one and they never called me on a tub I was looking at. Bought one online just like one they had in the store for under half the price. Terrible experience.

My parent's have used Patio Pool for years and love it. The customer service is awesome! They treat us like family. I was just in on Saturday and walked out with the coolest Yeti beer coozie. They had it professionally coated in a pale blue. They have lots of colors. I was more excited about that than the day planned swimming in the pool.

Patio Pool and Fireside is a great company with wonderful people. Jeff, Cathi, and everyone we have worked with have provided customer service that goes above and beyond. We converted our fireplace to gas and they helped us with contractor references for structural work that needed to be done first. Then they came in and did the install with amazing results!
When we wanted a hot tub, they were the first place we went and once again, our experience could not have been better. We got a great deal on the tub and a professional install from team that made sure everything was done right. We highly recommend them for the products they sell and the service they provide.

Patio Pool and Fireside has been our go-to place for all things regarding our pool. They have advised in pool maintenance, tested our water samples, and sold us chemicals needed for a perfect pool since we moved to Topeka. I would trust no one else for this. Last year we converted our wood-burning fireplace with a gas log. After comparing prices across town at various outlets, Patio Pool and Fireside was where we went for our purchase. On top of the excellent advice and service, walking into the store is indeed a pleasure as each customer is greeted, often by name, warmly.
