Had my 1997 Porsche Carrera Cabriolet towed to Parts Alternative. The car shut off on me and would not start. My diagnosis was a bad relay. Shortly after I met with Tilo, the owner. I was told that the car would be put on the lift and inspected. Tilo called me and explained that the problem could be in two areas, the computer, or a bad relay. He stated that he ordered the relay and once it arrived he would see if it worked.

He called the next day and confirmed that the problem was a bad relay, as I suspected. Tilo and his staff are HONEST and quite knowledgeable. I would recommend his shop to anyone that has a high performance vehicle.

As an out of towner, I had no idea where to start to look for a reputable shop when my car was in need of a quality part (not the cheap reproduction pieces commonly found in franchised auto parts stores) and also the professional service to install it. I thought I'd be at the mercy of an unscrupulous shop. I read all the reviews for Tilo's shop, Parts Alternative, and felt this could be a great place to start.

It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I just wanted to say the high-level of customer service and professionalism provided there by the owner, Tilo at Parts Alternative was unbelievably incredible! Not only did he have the original German part I needed to make my VW Passat safe and comfortable to drive, he, without a doubt, went above and beyond what a typical shop would have done to get me on the road again in record time.

I would not hesitate to recommend Parts Alternative and their staff of professionals to anyone who appreciates excellent parts and service at extraordinarily excellent prices. Because of my extremely favorable experience with Parts Alternative, from this day forward, I'm officially a card-carrying member of their fan club! My only regret is why a business like this cannot exist back home. Bravo Tilo! Job well done!

An Auto Parts and Auto Repair shop ( yes, all in one ). I highly recommend Tilo, one of the most knowledgeable persons in the parts industry. Went in after shopping everywhere for liqui molly next geen(greenbottle) and the owner. Didnt stock the item but took the time to order it for me and literally arrived 1 hour later. Shop is nice and clean well kept. Tons of European parts in stock. They also do snap finance witch is great if your in a pinch for money. Would definently be recommending this place. Thank you!

They got the wrong part for my car and could not ger the right part and still did not refund my cash but gave credit only. it is not my fault they could not get the right part they operate back like in Puerto Rico where shops do not like to refund customer. I wont even buy a piece of gum from these crooks.
