Appointment only but they arrived on time and were very courteous and helpful. Good selection and inventory of outdoor furniture. My parent bought from them a decade ago and it's held up well. Ours will be delivered this week (very fast turn around). May update review based on delivery experience and product received, but if it's the same quality that we saw in the showroom it will remain five stars.

I can't say enough good things about Paradise Teak. Mandy is wonderful to work with and I am thrilled with my purchase. I work in the luxury furniture industry and with so much disposable, not well made furniture on the market I spent months researching teak suppliers in order to find a quality table and chairs that my family would be able to enjoy for many many years. I have found that treasure at Teak Paradise and recommend them highly.

Not sure if this place is still in business, but we bought furniture there ten years ago and its held up great. A bit of sanding and a fresh coat of teal oil and it looks like new. Great quality!

Great selection, location, and people. Their furniture is solid and built very well unlike some places. Highly recommend if you want outdoor furniture that looks great and lasts a long time.

I first spoke with Mandy on the phone, she was so accommodating. We made an appointment to go there. Her and her husband, owners, were so nice. They had the one table left, held it for us until the next day. Really good quality furniture. We are very pleased, and when we want to purchase more teak furniture, it will definitely be with them!

Hallelujah for Paradise Teak. I wish I could leave a 10 star review! They have the highest quality teak furniture at the best prices - PLUS - what nice people the owners are. It's early August and they're nearly out of stock because everyone wants to live outside. We did find a beautifully crafted round table. It was larger than what we thought we wanted but when we got it home - it was perfect. I definitely intend to return in October when their new shipment arrives. What a find!

We're brand new to the world of Teak, but have to say it should be a long and happy stay. We were going back and forth between rattan and teak and had come across Paradise's website doing our homework last year. Long story short, we made just the right call and with just the right folks. Paul & Mandy made it easy for us (Covid time) to come by and see what we thought we wanted, with some nice pricing too boot.

We actually changed our minds once we got into the shop and happy we did. We fully laid out the back yard patios (dining and lounging) and everything looks beautiful! Preservation effort is moderate, but I want the color to last longer than we do. To top it all off, the craftsmanship is solid; wood fits practically perfect, minimum over-glue, and smoooooth.

We were even able to match the new umbrella to the cushions. Read the other reviews for ideas, but know you're in good hands with a quality product! Thanks Paul & Mandy!

Mandy and Paul helped with my backyard setup 8 years ago with some very classy and comfortable deep seating - ordered custom colored outdoor cushions ( I highly recommend getting a base color and a different colored piping - for highlights), and a teak side table to set next to my grill, and this week were super helpful adding to the backyard with the Sausalito garden chairs to add to a teak backyard table. Everything is holding up nicely since the first purchase, and the new chairs are a great addition!

Today Paradise delivered 4 lounge chairs and a table, and we are Soooo happy--- again! This is my second major purchase from Mandy and Paul, I also bought a table and 8 chairs SEVEN years ago. We ordered in early March 2020, was worried about COVID19 delay, but the deliver came right on time. Great to enjoy this while we shelter at home. Someday to enjoy with guests. My husband and I have been really happy with our teak table, chairs and lounge chair we purchased in 2011 and recently decided to add to the collection with two couches. It's a family owned business and we are happy to support such good people and furniture!

Mandy and Paul, the owners of Paradise Teak, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I researched teak furniture and theirs is excellent 'A' quality and for the best price around. We love our teak furniture and we bought a large table and chairs as well as a couch, lounge chairs and ottomans. The cushions are sunbrella fabric and very comfortable. We highly recommended them!

This really is as good as it gets. They say there are three factors that buyers consider, quality, price and service, and this place gets straight A's across the board. The furniture is solid and well-designed, and somehow this little shop also provides a good variety to choose from. The prices are more than competitive, and the service was excellent.

You can schedule an appointment and confer at length about any aspect of the purchase, and without any pressure in any direction. The frosting on the cake is that Mandy and Paul are the nicest people you'll meet that day.

This place is awesome - stop shopping around and visit Paradise Teak! We have a home on the coast in Monterey. I learned the hard way that eucalyptus and resin "wicker" are not equivalent to teak. no matter what the bogus marketing says. These other materials disintegrated in the salt air within two years. My teak lounge chairs, however, look beautiful and don't require a cover. So, when it came time to purchase a dining table set I knew it had to be teak. I'm pretty frugal so I researched this purchase to death.

I looked online, browsed the catalogs, and visited local Bay Area outdoor furniture stores. The catalog & online stuff is generally low-quality eucalyptus or acacia. Most of the teak I found online is made with poor joinery and screws instead of dowels. These will definitely rust in salt air. and even in the Bay Area, they're a liability. Furthermore, the shipping fees negated any savings.

I was impressed with the design style at Terra Outdoor, but even with their biggest sale of the year, it was beyond expensive and the delivery fee was outrageous. That's when I found Paradise Teak! Most importantly, the quality is top notch. Paul and Mandy were incredibly helpful - the customer service was an 11 out of 10. (Seriously, they delivered the furniture to the Monterey area, set it up, and then even helped move a larger personal item back to Oakland for me. That's beyond customer service!) Also, if you're not in a hurry, they can custom make items!

For us, that meant upsizing their standard outdoor table to 103" X 47". They also upsized their garden bench to 7 feet wide! Thanks, Paul and Mandy. If I'm ever in the market for patio furniture again, I'll be back!

What a nice family! The other reviews are spot on that this is one of the best places to buy teak furniture. The owners, a couple (and their little kids), are extremely nice and helpful. Their collection is smaller but similar in style to many other outdoor furniture stores. I spent two years looking for good quality and reasonably priced (not cheap but also not exorbitant) teak chairs, tables, and benches.

It was only 2 weeks ago that we discovered Mandy's store. I wish I knew about them last year! Go there. You won't be disappointed. Support a local family business and buy beautiful teak pieces.

VERY awesome local business! Mandy is almost always available by phone. She also corresponds via e-mail. Paul is very helpful in the store, and is very accommodating to his customer's needs. The personal treatment I have received has been second to none. Additionally, the prices are very hard to beat. I have done my research, and these prices are great, for the quality. I am so excited to actually spend time in my backyard now with beautiful, high quality beautiful patio furniture!

Don't even go anywhere else. Mandy and Paul run an amazing local business with quality furniture at a price you won't beat anywhere in the Bay. In fact, I've looked, and you won't come close! The pieces (two chairs, a love seat, ottoman and a chaise + side tables) are simply gorgeous; Mandy let me re-arrange her showroom several times while I picked out the pieces I wanted and struck the right balance of leaving me alone and offering suggestions.

Howdy potential Paradise Teak customers: I bought a 6 1/2-foot deep-seat sofa, with cushions, from Paradise and love it. I'd looked at lots of pieces on line, and a few in person, and Paradise just seemed to have better quality at a fair price. The wood is thick, the grain is nice, and the joints are smooth and solid. I saw nothing better in this price range. Paul and Mandy were a pleasure to deal with, showed me different options when I dropped by their store, and Paul delivered the couch personally, 40 miles away, on-time and problem free. Laying on my new porch couch, cold beverage in hand, I salute them!

Love your new teak patio furniture from Paradise Teak, we got a teak table and 6 teak chairs. The chair are really comfortable even without cushions, which we haven't bought yet. The owners are really nice, and they delivered to our house as well. Would recommend Paradise Teak any day of the week.

I ordered a complete dining set as well as lounge seating for our outdoor space. I expected the usual 4-6 week delivery time but was shocked when I learned that my items would arrive literally within a week (I live about 350 miles from the warehouse site). The delivery was completed as expected, and I was highly impressed with how securely packaged it all was.

The quality is beautiful - we get so many compliments on the style, color of the cushions, etc. But, the absolute best part about this purchase was the price. There is no reason to pay a premium for a box store brand when this quality is just as good (if not better) and you are treated to a much more personal shopping experience. I cannot say enough about Paradise Teak - highly recommended!

I live in Denver, Co where their is very little teak furniture stores. I found Paradise Teak online and instantly loved all of their collections. Their prices were even better compared to the large teak superstores I found online. I called the store and they said no problem shipping furniture to Colorado. Our table and chairs arrived 2 weeks later. We are so happy with our new teak furniture. I wish I could attach photos of our table in our backyard. It makes our yard look amazing.

Three years ago, my wife and I moved into a new apartment in San Francisco with a beautiful back deck. We shopped around and located Paradise Teak. Mandy and Paul are amazing to work with - super helpful, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. They helped us choose the perfect teak furniture setup for the dimensions of our deck. We ultimately decided on deep seaters (3 chairs and 1 love seat), a small coffee table and two side tables which Mandy personally delivered to our house and helped us arrange on our deck. Mandy explained the best ways to care for the teak, depending on what sort of look you want (antiqued/weathered or shiny/polished).

We opted to seal our furniture and Paul explained the best way to use the seal. They even had sealant available for purchase at nominal cost. We love our Paradise Teak furniture and its a huge hit at all of our bbqs / outside parties. It's held up extremely well for the past three years and following Paul's sealing instructions, the furniture looks the same as the day we purchased it!

Our navy cushions have held up well also and have not faded in color. We're now in the market for some new teak furniture and we've already contacted Mandy and Paul to inquire about new products. If you're going to buy teak furniture do so from Paradise Teak. No reasons to look elsewhere.

Mandy and Paul are the husband and wife team that owns this business. Mandy used to be a buyer for Macy before she started this business. If you're not super picky about your teak's appearance, this place is as good as it gets! The prices are great for the quality. I looked at 5 places across the Bay Area and this place's teak is probably not as evenly-toned and knot-free as the others, but if the price is your biggest consideration, this place is perfect.

When I asked about the knots, Paul explained that the knots are not at the critical places like the joints. Bottom-line, if money were no object, I'd probably buy from Blue Sky. Otherwise, I'd buy here.
