Above and beyond reputable! Upon opening our cantilever umbrella for the new season, we realized that we forgot how to close it. That said, we went over to the store but they did not have our umbrella on display. Not a problem. Marc Stevens, an exterior design guide, came to our house up in Cave Creek at 7:30am the next morning and showed us how to close it. He even would not take an offered tip. Purchased an entire back patio set and was delivered late November. Noticed table top was gritty and not sufficient sealing was applied. Time got away from me, recently contacted store. They put me in contact with the service department and have been dealing with Jeri. Who BTW was outstanding in the customer service category. Happy to say new table top was delivered this morning and very happy. Jeri went out of her way to make sure this customer was taken care of. Everyone at the Gilbert store had the utmost respect and customer service was a top priority. Thank you and will highly recommend.

Super friendly staff. They helped us choose the best option for us. Lucky I went there to try before commiting to another store commiting for a higher price.

Nice furniture but customer service was not very good. We were never contacted about delivery delays, but instead we had to initiate calls each time the delivery dates came and went. Furniture arrived a little over 3 months after date of purchase.

Our salesperson was great, but after we placed the order, it was all downhill. The original delivery estimate was mid-July, 3 months after our mid April order. This past week, FIVE months after our order, they called to schedule delivery for most of the items and gave us an 11am-1pm window for today. At 1 pm, I called because we had made plans for the afternoon and they hadn't shown up yet.

I was told the driver had left the stop before ours and was on the way. An hour later I called again and was told someone would contact the driver and get back to me with an ETA. 20 minutes later, The driver called and said he would be here in 15 minutes. The truck arrived at 2:40 pm, an hour and 40 minutes after the delivery window, and after our plans had been cancelled. We are furnishing our entire home and have had multiple deliveries from three other furniture vendors, and this is by far the worst experience.

Quality product and excellent service. Shona was phenomenal! We got what we wanted for a competitive (if still high) price. Should they're furniture hold out like they promise, we will be 'forever' customers!

I hadn't heard of paddy o furniture until we we moved to Arizona and we have to say they have amazing furniture. It's nice and luxury styled. I actually had an interview with this Very nice atmosphere to shop with smiling faces. Keep up the good work!

Ordering outside furniture was easy and the furniture suggested by Jered was amazing specifically based on our needs. He really knows his inventory. He also followed up on my order without asking. Lastly, my patio furniture was delivered and Anthony and the two other guys helping him are the best. They were patient with me moving the furniture around. They went out of the way to help us and the furniture looks great.

Great store, excellent help there with all the interactions to assure we got what we ordered and got it in a timely manner despite the COVID crisis! Just purchased 4 beautiful swivel rocking chairs. The delivery went smoothly and the chairs complete our backyard. The staff at the store was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not overbearing nor pushy which made us feel comfortable in giving them our business. The quality of the chairs will definitely hold up against our Phoenix sun.

We purchased a AZK 13' umbrella a little over 3 years ago. When they sold us the umbrella they said it had a 4 year warranty. Well the cord for winding the canopy up and down broke just recently. I called them to have the cord replaced under our warranty. They claim that the cord is not part of the 4 year warranty. They claim the warranty is only the umbrella fabric.

Be careful when purchasing from Paddy O' Furniture. Make sure to get the terms of the warranty in writing from them. The cord is a weak link on this umbrella, it will break here in Arizona with the dry conditions.

If you want to wait 6 months for delivery of furniture and no effort to make things right, they are your furniture store. Never giving them my business going forward and recommend you look elsewhere, they lie about expectations and tired of their excuses.

Again! i've had to have my cushions replaced because paddyo keeps telling me they are using a new fabric that won't burn. what a crock! this time they took my cushions and used the stuffing and just reupholstered with the same fabric that they say won't burn! i am so disappointed in the lies from the staff. they charged me a pickup and delivery fee of $139. which i don't care about but now they're telling me my warranty is up! this is unacceptable. don't promise your customers the fabric will not burn only to have them call you the following year because the new fabric you gave them not only burned but scorched so disappointed in not only this happening yet again but the attitude i was given from the staff member about my warranty!

Went there today to look around and get some ideas. Meet with Jon who let us look at our leisure. When we had questions, he wasn't far away. He let us take our time, offered us cold water, was very knowledgeable of all the merchandise, gave us all specs & quotes in writing. Then when I said we'll think it over and get back to him, he wasn't pushy and tried to force us to put a deposit or buy right this minute. He was very professional, gave us all quotes, documentation, & his business card and said to contact him if there was anything else he could do for us. Truly Outstanding!

Super high quality furniture available in various sizes and prices. The fabric is the secret sauce. Water rolls right off. Far superior to the other popular fabric, twice as thick. Friendly and helpful staff. Zero sales pressure.

Disappointing to say the least. In May, ordered and paid for almost $10K of merchandise. Have just been told that our completed order will not be delivered until the end of August. Unless you are comfortable floating thousands of dollars, for over 3 mos, I suggest you run and go purchase your furniture elsewhere. I am reporting to BBB.

Our whole experience with discount patio furniture in Gilbert was excellent. Keith, the sales person, was very helpful yet he let us shop at our own pace. He answered questions but in the main left alone to shop. When we decided to select items to buy he was very helpful. The delivery and installation of our patio furniture took place on time and the installation crew did a superb job.

Entire experience was very professional. We purchased covers for our outdoor patio furniture. The furniture looks very nice and appears to be sturdy to last for many, many years. We highly recommend discount patio furniture

High quality outdoor furniture! We bought two sets of patio furniture from Paddy O' after shopping around for nearly a month. We needed two sets because our backyard is large. One surprise to me, all outdoor furniture is fairly expensive. This being said, we found Paddy O' offered the best quality for the investment. We had our furniture delivered with their white glove service and the delivery crew was outstanding too! I highly suggest Paddy O' as they have a wide selection of quality outdoor furniture products and stand behind the items they sell.

Purchased a full set and they yellowed after first year and into second year they were ivory cushions with mustard colored tops and sandpaper hard with totally decomposed cushions. This set is under a patio and we have a sun shade on one side so they don't even get direct sun all day long. Sunbrella is supposed to be highest quality. Is this store getting second hands? Thankful Paddy'O replaced them, however, when the guys came to deliver the right size, because we were provided with the wrong size replacement from the manufacturer, the man said the cushions should have covers they sell. Aren't these outdoor cushions?

My inexpensive pillows from Home Depot have held up better than these cushions. I would like Paddy'O to respond to this post, and if not, my spouse and I are going to the store to discuss this issue. In another review on here, a gal's cushions were replaced multiple times. Paying what we paid for outdoor furniture, (that's located underneath a patio), we shouldn't have to continue to replace the cushions every 1.5 years!

They have nice stuff and all, but the way the staff is just standing outside waiting to pounce is worse than a used car salesman. They don't stop talking to you and it makes it obvious they're getting a commission off of their sales or they have a quota to meet, but I just wanted to leave because I couldn't just shop and look around without someone bothering me. We won't be back!

We are loving our new patio set including a dining table with eight chairs and two chaise lounges. The furniture quality is noticeable and substantial compared to other sets we have researched and tried over time. We were ready to invest in a set we can enjoy for years to come. So far we have been making memories with our boys every night this past week having dinner on the patio with NO TV or cell phones. Well worth the investment!

We bought three sofas, two ottomans, a chair and seven barstools from Paddy O' four years ago. They have all held up beautifully and some pieces have lived in the direct sunlight year-round. We noticed fabric on two of the sofas starting to discolor in the last year or so. Paddy O replaces all of the cushions with brand new ones last week. We are so pleased with the quality and care everyone gave us. If your in the market for outdoor furniture, check this place out!

Top notch patio furniture.visited virtually every patio furniture store in the valley and while you will pay a premium for the product.the quality is undeniable.well worth it! The whole staff is knowledgeable, professional and focus on customer service.

I went to their tent sale over Labor Day weekend. A sales lady, Claudia, asked me if she could help. While listening to my needs she directed me to the items I was looking for. No upsell, no selfish agenda to make a quota, just addressing my wishes. Bought a beautiful chaise chair for my courtyard and 8 new chair cushions to replace old, worn ones I had.

I also asked is she could recommend anyone to refinish a weathered metal end table I had bought from them a few years ago. She looked me up in their system and made arrangements for their service department to come to my home and replace the table top! Had no idea about their long guarantees on certain products. Also, their delivery service was spot on!

They placed the unwrapped cushions into my chairs and the chaise lounge directly at the empty spot I left. not just leaving the items at the back fence. Hands down better customer service over their competitor down the road.

New state, new house, new patio furniture required. After years of replacing outdoor furniture every few years, we stumbled upon PaddyO Furniture by accident. We found a substantial looking set that fit our style, and while pricey, it appeared it would last. Our salesman (Kevin) kept reminding us how well they take care of their customers and stand by their products, but without pressure and some good suggestions.

Our beautiful new furniture was delivered the next week. Almost 2 years to the date of purchase, 2 of the rivets on a chair popped. I called with the expectation that after this long, "these things happen" and "too bad". I described the problem as best as I could and even sent some bad photos. I was assured I would be taken care of. The next day (Nancy?) called apologetic that it could be as long as two weeks before their next shipment of that style came in as she didn't think it looked repairable.

A pickup was scheduled (with on-time arrival) and almost two weeks later, I got a call asking when they could deliver my new chair. Again, delivery was right on time! These days, with useless promises and customer service becoming increasingly poor, I am totally impressed with PaddyO and would absolutely buy from them again (however, judging by their quality and service I probably won't have to--and that's a good thing!)

Just upgraded. Awesome job guys! I'll be back for more top of the line outdoor Paddy'O Furniture for sure.

As always, Jill at Paddy O has outdone herself! We ordered a dining table to match our fire pit and the process, as always, was seamless! Customer service at its finest! I am always happy and never stressed when ordering from Paddy O and working with Jill!

SUPER expensive. Like they took the prices from other high-end patio places and then doubled them. Soon as we walked in the door, we were assaulted with their "specials just this weekend" and how everything is so inexpensive if we buy right now. So it looks like they doubled the prices, then had a 40% off sale. Ugh. We were actually comparing to a very high end local manufacturer that does custom work and includes a lifetime warranty on the frames. This place was still way more expensive, used thinner metals, and with a short warranty. I'd avoid it.

I'm writing this review regarding Scott Allen. Scott Allen is the Customer Care Coordinator for Paddy O' Furniture. If I had to write a review regarding the Sales Staff, I could not, as you have to select a Star do so. Scott Allen went beyond the call of duty to right a wrong with my furniture. He is prompt, professional, has a great sense of humor, and no empty promises and over delivered!

Everything he said he could do, he did. I hope the owner of the company reads the reviews, as he'll find that Scott is a great asset to this organization. It's a shame that that Sales Staff does not operate under the same policy and procedures. Thanks again Scott! It's very much appreciated!

After 3 different deliveries ( all Saturday's with 3 hour time Windows) we still are not what I would call satisfied with the product. It was a very nice gesture by Zach to send a letter with sincere apologies for the incidence and a "gift card" promotional offer for a local restaurant. However, we don't live anywhere close to that area so it's of no value to me. I just want to feel like someone is willing to help make this situation right.
