Old Colony Furniture

My 84yo mother bought a $5000 chair in August of 2021. Was finally delivered broken in February 2022. To date (April 22, 2022), we have yet to have a replacement swivel sent, although I have called every week since. My sweet mother still can't sit in her very expensive chair, as we continue to get the run-around "they said it was coming". I feel defeated for my efforts to correct the problem and that my mother has been scammed.

Amish furniture sold here, found a table and chairs that was not available anywhere else in town.

Horrible customer service. I walked in not one person said hello. I walked around the store waiting for some assistance or a greeting and no one said anything. I was the only customer in the store. I came in to purchase two sofas and a dinning room set. I received no assistance so I had to leave.

Great selection. They offer custom fabric for everything. A little pricey for what we were looking for.

Ed at Old Colony made sure we were happy from the showroom to delivery! While browsing the showroom, he was gave us the best customer service (our dog was even allowed in to shop). He communicated with us throughout the wait time for a special order and answered all questions I had via text. I can't say enough about how amazing he was!

I found a unique leather sofa. You can smell the high quality leather. The delivery was according to the requested date and time. Too many steps to enter or exit Old Colony.

Purchased my sofa, ottoman, and lamps from Old Colony. The furniture quality is exceptional, and the sales staff go out of their way to make certain you are pleased with your purchase. Also, free delivery (w/ in certain radius). My sofa was on sale--absolutely cannot beat the quality & price. This is definitely one of Greenville's best kept secrets.

In this area they are the benchmark for quality. Good selection of american made furniture, from quality manufacturers. While quality does cost more, the years of enjoyment far outway your investment. A staff that is attentive, personal and not overbearing. Visiting and shopping there is experience we always enjoy. Besides I am a huge Stickley fan.

Their furniture typically improves in value over time, and lasts generations. You can still find the original Stickley pieces furnishing the Grove Park Inn of Asheville, NC over 100 years after being purchased and placed in the hotel. It is great stuff, and old colony exhibits pride in offering it at fair prices. You can find bargains in the back room on occasion, but this establishment is focused on high quality products and premier levels of service. You get what you pay for at Old Colony Furniture. We will gladly shop here again.
