The room was clean and needed updating. Shower was like a sand blaster. No breakfast but plenty of places to go to watch.

Well worn, rustic, reminiscent of a bygone era when this type of roadside establishment was the place of choice when traveling. While not a modern motel/hotel, I loved this place because the room we stayed in was very clean, neat, and had very few things to complain about. Shower drain was slow, windows were a bit wonky, and sink fixture leaked a little bit. Otherwise, way better condition than many other more expensive places that I have stayed at. Free wifi, indoor pool, laundry facilities, vending machines, nearby grocery store and dozens of eateries- I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff clean rooms loved the pool. And the area. Easy to get to town. Quiet. Able to relax.

Room was dirty and smelled. The air conditioner look like it was from the 80s and did a poor job. However, the employees were very nice. I would not recommend staying here.

We always enjoy our stay here. Indoor heated pool is fantastic after a day out in the snow. This lodge is near convenient stores, and so much more. Rooms are clean and have a kitchenette as well.

Made a reservation at a hotel specifically so our daughter could swim and use a pool. When we arrived, we were informed the pool was closed. Apparently I was supposed to receive a phone call? I never did. Fine. Mistakes happen, and renovations are important. What was really unacceptable and truly awful on their end? We were offered nothing for our troubles.

We only live 30 min away, and went there specifically so our daughter to swim. We didn't want to stay, but were offered no refund. Nothing. Terrible customer service. They just kept putting it off like it was somebody else's problem. The room was dirty and smelled of urine. Never again. I spoke with the same man at the front desk twice. Dismissed twice.

I also emailed after our stay to express my frustrations. And of course never heard back. They did already have our money, so. In most hospitality businesses, you can handle a customer complaint with kindness and understanding, or you can be greedy and dismissive. Unfortunately they chose they latter.

We came at a time of the year when many places were shutting down for winter. We still had a wonderful time. Many places still had shorter hours for fewer days and we went to them all. We did eat out a lot and also brought meals back to our room and had a lot of fun there too. Everything was clean and comfortable and everyone was friendly. Go. Enjoy. We will, again!

A pleasant stay in a low-key comfortable environment. Hotel was clean and quiet and staff were pleasant and helpful. Do expect to see some cosmetic blemishes - ceiling stains, faucet drips, window screen issues - but nothing to affect the stay. Was pleasantly amazed to see that my child's bare feet were still clean after walking all over the room. Breakfast still not available due to COVID.

Comfortable room, but be sure to visit ASAP after checking and turn on your AC. It took a few hours on a 52° night to cool our two queen BR down. The pool looks inviting, but we didn't get the opportunity to try it. No breakfast during COVID and room coffee only. Nice folks, and will stay here again.

I'm giving this a 3 star because it was a nice quiet weekend away however for almost $300 a night I expected much nicer rooms. I believe the new owners are trying to renovate each room but ours sadly was not one of them. Everything was clean, no bugs, or gross lodging but the room was in desperate need of repair. I would go to the Lodge again but only if all rooms were updated.
