I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received at Office Solutions. After stopping by the show room and several follow up phone calls I became very frustrated. I asked for a quote on several different occasions and I practically begged but never received one. After speaking to Melissa for the 3rd time she promised she would have a quote for me but still didn't send one. I'd recommend any other vendor besides OSI. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
