We have an accounting office and needed additional furniture. I had a referral from a friend to have OFW get us a quote. Lisa came out measured up the offices and ordered our furniture. The delivery and installation went very well. We definitely would order from OFW again.

Have now made four separate purchases at OFW working with Dave totaling several thousand dollars in pre-owned furniture. The experience has been top-shelf from selection, sale and delivery and set-up. A phenomenal resource for Holy Family Institute and Nazareth Prep High School.

The entire process at OFW was seamless. Without an appointment I walked into the showroom with my measurements and was immediately greeted by an associate (Lisa) who took notes on my budget and what my goals were for the space. In less than 30 minutes she had developed a plan for the space and my budget. A day or so later I had a quote for the furniture and a mock up of the space.

On the day of the scheduled arrival the installers arrived early and had everything in place in just a few hours. They were professional and fun! I can't recommend OFW enough.

I recently ordered 18 desk chairs and 1 drafting chair from OFW> This purchase was very smooth from beginning to end! It's very refreshing to deal with a company that is honest, reasonable, and reliable. I originally sent an email from the website, and received a return call the same day. The process was clearly explained, as well as the possible delay due to Covid.

After that, Dave Walter and I were able to communicate through email, which is so much easier for me. As soon as a delivery date was determined, I received an email letting me know, then another reminder email was sent the day before delivery with a time. It was so smooth and convenient. Delivery morning, Jason and Billy came to deliver my chairs.

They were wonderful and did an awesome job. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and were very personable. Both of them wore a mask (properly) the whole time they were here. The chairs were brought in quickly, fully assembled, then were unwrapped and ready to go. I even received a demonstration of how to operate the chair! Jason and Billy were so friendly to me and my staff.

Their customer service was refreshing and much appreciated! I deal with a lot of vendors, deliveries, and service people. Quite often, it is not such a nice experience. I just want to commend OFW for their excellent customer service and thank you and them for starting my day off in a pleasant way! Deanna

My wonderful experience started when I started the search for our office furniture online. Their website was the easiest to navigate it and narrow down the search quickly. I had questions and called and got a real person! The person who answered was the person I needed to speak to, a salesperson. Dave Walter asked all the right questions, determined the furniture I was looking for had been sold, and then went on a search for something that may fit our needs. Dave followed up with emails and pictures.

I went to their showroom. Wow! It's huge! Dave worked with me and we found exactly what we needed and the price was very reasonable. The guys that moved the furniture and loaded it for me were awesome too. They were big dudes but very polite and courteous. They got me loaded up lickety split I was in and out in less than an hour. Great products, great people, and great prices.

We've used Office Furniture Warehouse on multiple office expansion projects and they've always been a great vendor. Paul is easy to work with and is very invested in making sure we're presented all of the right options and are making selections we're going to be happy with. The installation teams are always very professional, friendly, careful and clean. Very highly recommend.

Had a great experience purchasing used office chair from Office Furniture Warehouse. They have a really good collection and the conditions of the used chairs are like new. I interacted with Peter and Lisa, both of them were friendly and patient. The condition of the chairs were as they promised and the pricing was great! Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with Dave W. for my office move. I was in my previous space for 8 years and we really needed an upgrade for our reception area and closing room. Dave was very detailed and offered lots of suggestions. He helped navigate me through what can be an overwhelming process. The OFW staff who handled the delivery and set up were on time, friendly and clean. I look forward to working with Dave again when we upgrade some of our other furniture.

Great experience. Needed office furniture rather quickly. Salesperson responded quickly, found what we needed, and had it delivered/installed within three weeks. The delivery and installation team was great. Very professional and the product is quality.

In the new WFH world, I found myself removed from my daily routine as an A&D representative on the road and at my dining room table taking on the challenges of marketing and sales. After a few months of poor ergonomics resulting in back and neck pain and not having a dedicated space to work and leave work behind at the end of the day, we began our search for Home Office furniture.

I reached out to Lisa M with our budget challenge to create a solution with two designated work stations and ample storage that would fill one side of our family room. The closed storage was very important as the room transitions to family time. She rose to the task and provided a great solution that was functional and affordable. I made a quick COVID-Safe visit to the showroom to see a sample of the product and found it to be quite nice with numerous finish options.

The materials are rather heavy and durable; a investment that should last for many years to come. The product, once ordered, was a short leadtime and OFW's delivery and installation team (Jason & Mark) met and exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend the team at OFW!

In my search to find a new desk for our home I came across the Office Furniture Warehouse website. Their site displayed the style of desk I had been looking for. I made an appointment and met with Dave. He was great to work with and I quickly found a high quality desk in the style I wanted at a reasonable price. The delivery was perfect. I greatly appreciated they were able to accommodate my delivery time frame.

The delivery team was exceptionally professional and did a beautiful job assembling /installing my new desk. Based on my experience I would highly recommend purchasing a desk from the Office Furniture Warehouse. I'm so glad I found them!

Dave and OFW were great to work with getting our new offices furnished. 35+ groups of desks, files and bookshelves ordered, delivered and installed. The installers were great. They worked around all of the construction and chaos and we got a great product for our budget and needs. Highly recommend checking them out.

Our company has used Office Furniture Warehouse, Inc. many times and have been pleased with their furniture products, which are well made. We also appreciate their staff, as well as their Senior Designer-Lauren and the installers. They are prompt in responding to requests, phone calls and emails. They will keep you informed of when your items are shipping from the manufacturer and getting the delivery scheduled and items set up.

The installers are very polite and clean up after themselves and are very quiet and respectful of the business going on in the office while they are here. We will definitely use them again in the future!
