Had a great experience. Michael D. greeted me as soon as I arrived, asked my price point, and immediately suggested three premium used office chairs. This place has a great a selection and great customer service; Mike told me I can return the chair if I don't like it and bring it in anytime if there's any issues. Btw, I went with the SteelCase Amia. Awesome experience and I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Would recommend coming here if you are looking to buy used office furniture from big brands like Herman Miller. The office furniture is in great condition and at a reasonable price. They even provide support if you encounter issues after purchasing. Great experience and friendly staff. Michael D. was very helpful and greeted me right as I walked through the door.

I was looking for an office chair so he gave me his 3 best options. I was even able to roll each one over to a desk and play around with the configurations before making a decision. Michael even gave me what he thought were the pros and cons for each chair, which was also very helpful.

Review Office Furniture Outlet I highly recommend this store for all of your office furniture needs for several reasons. The best reason is the representative who helped us on three different days: Michael D. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted and changed our minds after we first purchased a desk and chair. Michael was very patient with us when we chose something different, even though he had to do a lot more paperwork due to the change.

He said to us three or four times, "I want to make sure you're happy and get exactly what you want." He spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed. His knowledge and advice was first class, as was his friendly personality. We are more than happy with our purchase. We have a different color and manufacturer for the desk than what we originally ordered.

We were assured of its high quality and could see this for ourselves. We love the chair we bought, too. The price point was very fair and the selection was great. When we first walked in, we could tell how large the space was, which is important for a feeling of openness and selection. If you need new furniture for your office, please take this review to heart.

We had shopped around and Office Furniture Outlet was by far the best as far as quality furniture, friendliness, and professionalism. NOTE: We had visited the store the day after our first purchase, because we weren't sure if we liked what we ordered. Another representative, Nick, was very nice to us and we never felt like he didn't want to help us, even though it was Michael's sale.

I purchased two used office cabinets from Office Furniture Outlet that were in great condition. Michael D., sales consultant, was so helpful along with giving me a fabulous price. His two workers delivered the cabinets within one day of ordering were very helpful. Highly recommend Business Office Outfitters and especially their staff.

I came into the store today to buy an economic office chair. I walked in the door not a person greeted me. I walked around store for another 10 minutes looking for a chair, no one asked if I needed help. One of the employees was helping a couple in front. But as I was just standing there waiting for someone to help me a white couple walked in they were greeted immediately, and asked if they needed help. That's when I decided to leave. I hope the store learns that Black people and their money spends just as well as white people's money

Nick helped me find some chairs that fit both budget and my specifics. Plenty of options in all price ranges. If I ever need more office related furniture I would come back for high end quality on a lower budget.

These guys are amazing! I feel bad because I don't remember my salespersons name, but he found me the perfect chair for my home office and was so nice when I returned a week later and returned said chair because I hated my new job and no longer needed the stay at home office. Will return if I ever have any office furniture needs.

These gentlemen were amazing, knowledgeable, and so polite. Nick's team was great to say the least. We have an old OLD filing cabinet with 5 drawers and it locked on us. We called Office Furniture Outlet Inc. and they were in and out. I will never call anyone else again. I was particulary impressed by the knowledge they had about the cabinet, since it was so old.

They knew about the safety feature and how it works and most importantly why it locked. These guys are priced fairly and they really evaluate each job for what it is. They are honest in the work they do! You can tell the business is run well and the staff is professional and easy-going. But again, smart. They know their craft! I am recommending them to YOU and family members and friends.

As you can see in the picture, they didnt have much room to work in and they figured it out. :) Compared to Other places: Other places claim to know but really had no clue. I tried to grasp what they did know but most were just concerned with finding someone close in the area to get over for a fee. They really didnt listen to what they were opening and I dont think they cared.

I mean they got $ for just coming. We hired a locksmith company ("fast and easy", " We know about that cabinet." They said. Costs us a lot of $$ to find out that they had no clue and left us with a drawer on the floor. Needless to say, I am glad I found them! Well a co-worker did. Im actually the one that found the locksmith that left us with a drawer out :( BUT I am just glad that this is taken cared of and that we now have someone permanently in our books that can handle this professionally.

I walked in needing a new chair for my home office. Seeing about 300 chairs in the warehouse was intimidating, although Nick was my Sherpa! He effortlessly guided me through explanations of different types of chairs and was very patient as I took my sweet time choosing the one that would be perfect for me. Very, very helpful service. This place is awesome! Ever since I transitioned to working remotely I had to revamp my home office and this place has everything you need at unbelievable prices. They have a huge selection of high end chairs like Herman Miller. They are very helpful and provide excellent service. I am so glad I stumbled on this gem. I definitely would recommend for anyone who is looking for anything that's office related!

Really great selection of new and used office furniture here. Found a nice sturdy desk that I love! Staff was helpful. Ordered a quality chair and am just waiting to pick it up. Kind of a long wait time but will be worth it. My back will thank me later! They can also order anything you need from their suppliers.

Their warehouse is very conveniently located just off Hwy 163 @ Clairemont Mesa Blvd in central San Diego. A huge store full of professional office furniture, both used and new. My mission was to find a (used, less expensive) professional chair with ergonomic support. Catherine C. was the perfect person to show me the many choices with the features I needed.

She was so patient with me while I searched for my single chair. Ultimately I chose a pre-owned Steelcase chair with more features than I even knew existed! It was more expensive than I'd expected ($340), about 1/2 what a new chair sells for. BUT because I sit for 8 hours a day I can easily justify the cost as a medical device (it's already a business expense). You should never scrimp on your health! Thanks Catherine C., for your help in purchasing my pre-owned Steelcase chair.

The owner personally reached out with her phone number and apologized soon after the review. Once I moved back, I talked to the original salesperson and decided to buy the second new desk. As soon as he remembered the details from back then, he sold this to me with the discount of renouncing his own personal commission from the purchase. I respect this and appreciate it. My overall impression of this business is that they are willing to reconcile with any issues, which is very precious.

Drove down from Pine Valley to a "new" office chair. I spend more time with my chair than my spouse most days, so the right chair / fit was mega important. Micheal D was patient and let me look and "sit around" the store. He kept coming back and checking on me. I was sold on the Herman Miller Embody. Have it home now, and love it. This chair looks and feels new ( I purchased a pre-owned chair ). Thank you Micheal D and the rest of the team.

I'm writing this as I'm sitting in their parking lot so it's fresh in my mind. They get 1 star. I was told that the chairs I was looking for for my pest control business and mortgage business would be in this afternoon and to come by and they will be steam cleaned and ready. This wasn't the case. Not only was this not the case, the sales rep, Mike Root said " you should've called" to which my reply to him was, "I did call, I spoke to you and you told me they were going to be in and cleaned by morning and to come by this afternoon." He paused and said, "well sorry.

Maybe they'll be in tomorrow. We had large projects., etc" Time is extremely important for a lot of people these days and I get mistakes happen but the lack of care by Mike Root was off putting. No sincerity, no eye contact. he didn't even get up from his chair and desk to address me.

The shop has a great selection of office furniture some is new and some is used. The selection is great. The service is almost non-existing. We ended up going elsewhere to get service. If you are after great selection and low prices this is a nice place to start, but be prepared to do most of the exploration, . on your own.

I went to the store and wonder for a while. I try to approach some body to ask a question and walk away. En other sale person siting at his desk having the computer in front of him ask me for the info I got from the web page. He could have easily gone to the web and I could have shown him de desk I was looking for. NOT VERY HELPFUL

Beautiful showroom with easy to locate items. Great location. Michael D., whom we worked with is a professional. Not pushy, and very helpful and knowledgeable. The desk, return, pedestal, lateral file and cabinet were just delivered and they are awesome! The delivery men, Jerry and Martin, also professionals. They went out of their way to help move another piece of existing furniture to get it out of the way.

Went to the store looking for some new chairs for a couple waiting rooms. The sales rep was nice and helped us find what we wanted on his computer. Ended up finding a quality chair and bought over $4k of new chairs, about 45 of them. Did not include delivery, so I had to pick them up and unpack them and make several trips as they wanted to charge a delivery fee.

Found the same chair online for more than 50% cheaper. I wasn't expecting them to price match, but at least do some kind of a discount. The online company offered the same warranty and would do free delivery to each location at half the price of this store. I asked for some sort of refund/discount back and they flat out said no. Needless to say we won't be doing business with them any more.

Great Deals on New and Used Office Equipment. Wide variety of Office Furniture available. Sales staff is very knowledgeable and patient. Low pressure approach. My salesperson Catherine was great to deal with. Location in Kearny Mesa is centrally located for easy access. Purchased a new office chair and am very pleased with it.

Excellent selection. My first time shopping there and I found the perfect desk here for my daughter in under 10 minutes. Also their like a minute from the freeway exit with plenty of parking. Super cheap price nice modern compact desk. Salesperson Hanny was a sweetheart and gave me a great deal. Only thing I would say is it's too quiet in there. they need music or something! But no big deal all and all a great experience, thanks guys!

I wandered in after looking at office chairs at all the "usual" major retailers, and a few very high-end (and high-priced) designer stores. I was astonished at the huge selection of chairs, desks, and other products -- as well as the high quality of the merchandise. I also had the benefit of a terrific and knowledgeable salesperson -- Ted McCarron -- who let me test every chair I looked at, explained all of the features, and understood that the "one chair fits all" at places like Staples and Office Depot is completely wrong.

The pricing was more than fair, and I walked out with a new chair that was extremely comfortable and adjustable. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. (They also have a very large selection of high-quality used office furniture pieces which are like new.) I'll be back whenever I need anything for my office which they might have available.
