Our story begins back in the late 1980's when we owned a small office supply store called Stationary Plus in Mt. Laurel, NJ. At the time we sold and delivered everything from Address labels to zippered binders. We had a customer at the time that could not afford to pay his bill. Instead he gave us 20 used chairs, which we put outside on the sidewalk in front of our store.
Our delivery zone extends up to 100 miles from our location in South Jersey. Delivery charges start at $59 depending on distance and usually run 10% of the sale. We have our own delivery crew with years of experience available to you and can usually get your order to you within a few days. You always have the option of picking up yourself.

Truly a waste of time. Joe's Desk brand is plastic garbage. It is cheap and you get what you pay for. The staff are completely disinterested in anything resembling customer service. I didn't want to touch anything in the store. Save yourself some time and effort.

If there was an option for ZERO Stars, that's what this place would get. ZERO customer service and friendliness. You ask questions and there was ZERO knowledge. The employee there was annoyed at me for asking so many questions. I went to Affordable Office Furniture near by and it was a world of a difference. The sales person was 5 questions ahead of me. You can learn a thing or two from them.

I tried to inquire about selling a desk and the only response I received was a forwarded email from what I can only assume is somebody's executive or supervisor stating "No thanks." I understand if they can't take it for any reason, but the proper thing I would have done and expect done for myself is to tell my why you are unable to buy the office furniture and to suggest other ways I can sell it.

This was extremely rude and unprofessional and Steve did not even have the courtesy to type me a couple of simple sentences stating why they could not take it. Very poor business sense, very unprofessional, put an extremely bad taste in my mouth.

What a terrific place to purchase office furniture! They have a large warehouse full of high quality used office furniture at great discounts. You can view and shop online or visit the showroom in person. Their line of "Joe Desk" new furniture is also a very good value. They will also deliver and set up for a modest fee. Overall, the best place I've found for furniture.

If placing something on hold, take the initiative to leave a deposit. We placed a hold on three items, on-site and with the help of the employee, and was told that the items we had on hold were sold to someone else. Never requested a deposit for the hold. Poor business practice.
