Ordered item and never received it. No management to reconcile error. Will be submitting report to attorney general's office and filing charge back with my credit card company. This company is fraudulent and should be shut down.

I am not sure I can even provide a one star rating! I ordered a conference table and chairs May 1, 2021. My credit card was charged May 4, 2021. I was informed by email that my items were shipped to a "delivery agent" nearly 100 miles from my office June 16, 2021. I then received no communication from anyone until I emailed the company August 2, 2021 and was told the delivery agent was "too overwhelmed" so they had to use a different agent.

I was then told it would be delivered to my office August 28, 2021 between 3 - 7 p.m., nearly four months after I ordered it. After waiting until 7 p.m. on that Saturday, nothing was delivered. I was then told it was a "mix up", but that they would reschedule a delivery date quickly. Then, on September 13, 2021 -- more than four months after placing the order -- I was told that the "delay" in delivery was actually due to one of the cartons being "damaged." By that time, I just asked for a full refund, which they agreed to make.

The refund was made on my card Saturday, October 2, 2021 and today -- October 4, 2021 -- I received a collection email, "in regards to the open balance on your order. It is well over 90 days past due and about to be turned over to collections. We just wanted to follow up to make sure everything is ok on the shipment and to find out when we will receive payment.

We are trying to avoid sending this to collections." Seriously? This company has a fantastic selection of products. However, I will NEVER order from them again due to this level of incompetency.

The showroom is available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! It would have helped to have known that via their website BEFORE I made the trip out. When speaking to the Receptionist, I asked if I could be squeezed in. She told me no. I will be taking my business of furnishing my Insurance Agency elsewhere.

Had a guy show up to deliver a desk, but told me he couldn't bring it inside. I told him there is no way I can get it in myself. So he just left without saying anything. they came back next day to deliver. Now I have to stop my work day and find people to help me move this huge box sitting outside of my business when you already had a guy here with a lift. You couldn't move it another 5 feet? I order alot of furniture, but I will NEVER order from you guys again. This is ridiculous.

Buyer beware. If I could give 0 stars I would. I regret ordering from this company. After paying $159 to upgrade my shipping I was informed by the delivery driver my desk was damaged and should be returned. The following business day I called customer service and explained the situation. I was left scrambling to purchase a desk for a home office inspection in 2 days.

The customer service rep spoke with the delivery company and after 45 mins on hold agreed a full refund would be in order. Two days later I received an email I would be responsible for return shipping of 2/3 of the boxes (at an unknown price) since only 1 box was damaged. When I questioned what I was supposed to do with 2/3s of 1 desk the representative turned sour.

Apparently even though I purchased this desk as 1 item I am responsible for each box it came in. The following day I received a voicemail that at a "discount" shipping rate of $56 per box each way. I would need to pay $212 to receive any refund. Yes, they want me to pay $212 for a desk that never even made it off the delivery truck. $212 to waste a day waiting for delivery then frantically scrambling to find a new desk. They are now even claiming the desk was never damaged in the first place. This place is ridiculous.

Love my new bedroom furniture! The salt oak finish is the perfect color and looks great. Easy to assemble and no problems with damage. Furniture even was delivered early!

Maybe this is a way to get their attention. I carefully selected DO NOT EMAIL ME and DO NOT SEND ME EMAIL OFFERS when I ordered a product. Did they send me a solicitation email? YES. I've not received my order yet, but can tell you they are not trustworthy when it comes to living up to their website options. They are also a very closed company in that it is nearly impossible to find anything about them on the web (IE their CEO or about anyone else). This company is NOT transparent. NOT A GOOD THING.
