Excellent team of people! We did a live edge conference table for an office space and they exceeded expectations with that and everything else!

The team and the space here is very impressive. It's nice to see creativity combined professionally with functionality. Visit their facility for top to bottom options for your office and beyond!

Wish I could give 100 stars! I was desperate and needed old stations broken down from one office to another, and also needed additional stations taken from storage to be set up at a new office. I must have given a week notice for this job and could not be more satisfied with the service of Denny and his team. NO JOKE! The crew on all ends (moving and installation) were superb and very friendly and took care of my requests. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

Rightsize has been an excellent furniture partner for our growing company. They are reliable, always eager to help, creative and supportive. We use them for our facilities and recommend them to all of the companies growing out of our co-working and incubator spaces.

Nice items but overpriced for used furniture. Long wait time just to get a sales rep. Even then, poor service and felt like i was getting pushed out.

If you are budget-oriented and looking for a good quality office furniture store, this place is a dream. We went here while refurnishing our home office, and couldn't be happier with the items we bought (bookshelves, desk, ergonomic chair, etc.). Their prices are very reasonable and everything was in great condition. Give stars.

Pros: polite staff. Cons: everything else. I came here in April to look at ergonomic chairs. The saleswoman told me a story about how they stand by their products, and I decided to buy a used chair from them - which turned out to be an expensive mistake. The back support and reclining mechanisms began malfunctioning after a few hours of use. I contacted the chair's manufacturer, but they said the chair had an invalid serial number (counterfeit product?), so the chair was not covered by warranty and not eligible for replacement parts (which cost almost as much as a new chair).

I then tried to return the chair to Rightsize Facility Performance, but they required me to track down and talk to the original saleswoman, which took days of playing phone tag. I returned the chair in early May and got a receipt, but it's been over a month, and the refund hasn't appeared in my account yet. Also, they claim that they steam-clean the chairs, but when I brought home my chair, there was still a great deal of dirt embedded in the fabric. Shopping here isn't worth the hassle. And the prices here are much higher than other used furniture stores or Craigslist.

I was searching for a new office chair and felt absolutely lost. I perused Office Max, but didn't feel the selection was quite there. I hit up Relax the Back, but couldn't bring myself to drop $2K on a chair. Luckily a Yelp search for places to buy office chairs in Chicago yielded the recommendation to check out rightsizefacility.com. Honestly, I almost overlooked this recommendation, but I'm so glad I came back to it!

I stopped in after work today and was amazed at the selection of really nice office chairs! I came away with a pre-owned Steelcase Leap chair in leather for ~$400! HUGE. I'm so pleased with how easy this was and the prices were much more palatable than buying brand new! I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking to get your hands on a high-end chair without breaking the bank!

Ordered from them twice for our office furniture. First order, they forgot the bolts, we were told that it would be no problem to get replacements at HD, well they were metric bolts which needed to be ordered at some cost. Second order; much larger, 2 weeks for delivery (OK) but when delivered there was no inventory of the parts (these were cubes and there were ~100's of parts, pieces and hardware).

But we were assured that they were all present; no such luck. We needed to resubmit to them what parts were missing - how?, they supplied no inventory so how were we supposed to know; so we supplied images of them, and numbers required ~ 7 sets of items in total. Should have been fine except it took another 2 weeks to get the 'second' delivery of parts.

This was again missing items from the list provided (with images) to them, and again required 5 days to receive them. All in all, a very frustrating experience; sure the people are somewhat nice, but not competent and at times argumentative. I'd recommend them for fixed items, but the more complicated orders seem totally out of their competency (any thing more than a table or chair or filing cabinet).

I'm so glad we discovered rightsize facility {Office Furniture Center} today. As a graduate student, I spend hours at a desk writing and reading. My old chair -- a basic HON task chair bought several years ago at Office Depot -- gave me endless hours of back pain. After a good deal of research, I knew I needed to invest in a better desk chair, but I also didn't have the money to afford a brand new Aeron, Zody, Leap, or Knoll Life Task.

The Office Furniture Center really saved the day for me: they had the exact model of chairs I was searching for, and most of their selection was very reasonable priced. I was able to go to their warehouse on a Saturday morning, walk around their large and well-stocked showroom, and leave the same day with a barely-used Zody chair. I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

There was only one person working the floor on the showroom, but she was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She also gave us enough breathing room to allow me to really test-drive the chairs before choosing one. Overall, I'm so pleased with both my purchase experience and the product inventory. I only wish I had known to come here years ago!

Bought a used Steelcase Criterion for $99. Looks brand new. In case you're not familiar, that chair retails new for $879. They had hundreds of options; I saw more than a dozen different used Aerons in the $300-$450 range. I was just buying one chair, and they were as sweet and helpful as if I had been outfitting a tech start-up. I didn't need an appointment - just showed up on a Saturday, when their hours are 9-3. Absolutely worth the drive through a super sketchy neighborhood.

I used Rightsize to furnish our 6,000 sq ft office space a couple of years ago. They were among 3 vendors that I looked into and I picked Rightsize because they were well priced. Everything went smoothly in the beginning but the transaction went downhill fast. Without going into too much detail, here is a list of things that went wrong. 1) Guest Chairs were supposed to have leather seats and we got a fabric seat so we had to return those. 2) We were told that the bench seating we ordered would not come until 6 weeks past our office opening; they offered to supply us some temporary chairs in the mean time. (When we ordered this, we were told it would be in on time.) When they sent us pictures of the chairs, they were a group cheap plastic chairs, all different colors and styles.

We canceled our order for the bench seating and we found a local custom upholstery shop that could build it in 2 weeks with the exact same fabric and for slightly less $$. 3) The owner or President of the company called my interior designer and told her that I had said she was unpleasant to work with. Not only was that a complete lie because I had never spoken with anyone else except my rep, but my interior designer was the only person who helped me get through this transaction. 4) Rightsize eventually started calling me everyday demanding payment for the balance of my invoice, even though I hadn't received all of the products and they hadn't come in to fix my punch list of items that needed to be addressed (missing rails for file cabinets, the guest chairs with the wrong fabric, etc). This was 2 years ago, so hopefully they have improved their service since then, however I will avoid them at all costs.

This place is simply amazing. They've got something like nearly 100,000 square feet of showroom space dedicated to office furniture including chairs, desks, storage units, vertical wardrobes - you name it. Best of all, their online inventory is virtually real-time, so you can do a preliminary search for what you need and visit the showroom and ensure that it works.

I was on the hunt for a very specific storage item for a home office that I found quickly and easily via their website. I went to the warehouse and was shown some alternatives, made my selection and was able to bring it home that day. I was shopping for one or two items - not a designer with a $20K budget. I was still given terrific personalized attention by Jessica.

In fact everyone I encountered there was helpful and very eager to help. I'd recommend Rightsize highly for home office or select home furnishings. And the prices can't be beat. Candidly, I paid almost IKEA prices for an incredible, built like a tank, used (looks new) piece that easily would have cost 6 times what I paid new. Herman Miller, Knoll, HON, they carry amazing brands. Huge thumbs up!

I bought a chair through their online ordering process--I gave them my credit card info and scheduled a delivery date. This resulted in me having to answer several calls from them, FAX all this info to them, give them my credit card number over the phone, etc. The price I checked out with online got increased (tax and delivery) and I was told the day I wanted delivery (Sat.) was not a day they ever delivered on. Basically, they made a lot of it okay and did deliver my chair (an hour after they said they would), but the online ordering process is EXTREMELY misleading. You're not really ordering at all!
