We took a 45+ minute detour home just to visit this store. Well worth it! They have gorgeous clothing for men & women, a wonderful selection of wall decor, furniture, jewelry, gifts, and more! I was happy to see a large selection of Pendleton products and clothing. Plus, they are dog friendly and welcomed our Golden Molly with lots of attention. Highly recommend!

If you aren't dressed "fancy" don't expect them to acknowledge you. My kids and I were on vacation and we stopped in here, and my kids picked out some blankets. We were standing in line, next in line, and were passed over for another customer. Yes, I was in Leggings, T-shirt and Fanny pack, I was on vacation! Your staff was extremely rude and unfriendly! I could have bought one of everything in your store if I so choose too. I will never step foot in your shop again. I highly suggest some customer service training.

Went holiday shopping a few days ago on Newman st. in my home town. I was immediately greeted by a dog that would not leave me along. This is due to my own dogs scent. It was okay at first but as shopping the dog wouldn't stop nor would the employees do anything as they watched. Then I noticed one particular employee starring and following me and my friends throughout the store as if we were going to rob them!
Not to mention there outlandish prices that really rip off the elderly. Shop online and compare, it will blow you away. I am disgusted with their service and I hope they get a grip on how to treat people.

Took a couple friends from out of town here. Was followed by store an employee the entire visit. Was a very uncomfortable feeling for my friends and I we literally had an employee follow us for the 30 minutes we spent in this store. Prices are absolutly absurd I highly recommend looking online before shopping here. Unless you like being stared at by employees while doing your shopping. Very disappointed.

This shop is a bit pricey but what they sell is very good quality. They have some really beautiful home furnishings. Quite a bit of nice, quality casual apparel. I fell in love with a beautiful Pendleton wool blanket and sham set here. Expensive but if you take care of it it will last a lifetime. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They also do custom framing.

O'Connors is more than just your typical tourist trap for retail. Very high end clothes, furnishings, art, jewelry and decor goods. I was helped along by at least two sales people. I was the "tourist" and not really looking for much of anything. My purchase was a very nice Detroit Tigers Basesball cap (that fit my big noggin). Browsing there were beautiful posters of Michigan in the rear of the building.
Side note: Look up! The cross beams are made from the local (now defunct) railroad company. Beautiful, thick, stamped wood that is historic in nature and adds to the O'Connors' beauty. There was a very special Swarkosky's crystal piece (brown bear - $500) that was gorgeous. I'm sure there were clothes in O'Connors that I would buy had I been staying more than 2 nights. Special place - nice and higher end merchandise. Not a problem.

Stopped in on a whim and holy cow I am in love with this store. You will find some pretty well known brands here (Patagonia, Vera Bradley) as well as some great boutique finds. I allowed myself one splurge on this visit - a gorgeous winter sweater-coat thing and I've ben dying to wear it every since and we are in some unseasonably warm fall weather. And if you visit their clearance store a few miles north on US-23, that's a whole other great experience. A+++++

This place was a little off-putting. They have a lot of nice stuff, pretty pricey stuff mostly. I did like all the Willow Tree Angels and had never seen WT Angel cards before. I decided to by one for $3.50 or so but they have a $5 minimum for credit cards and I like to use my card, partly because of the good receipts I get while travelling and also for the record of purchases that come with my bill. So I grabbed another WT card to meet the minimum. The cards are pretty, though.
