Ordered a sectional in February 2021 for a second home. It was finally delivered sometime in September. I was in the home 6-8 weeks since delivery. Rarely even used in in that time. The fabric pilled on every cushion with none or minimal use. It's absolutely horrible. I could have saved a huge amount of money buying a piece of cheap furniture. The customer service is awful and unwilling to do anything. I am not typically one to complain if I think it isn't completely justified.in this case it is. DO NOT BUY from this company.

We purchased a leather chaise lounge February of 2021. It was a custom piece. First time we received it their were scratches around the tufting (buttons). Like they used a tool to apply the buttons. This was on the seat of the chaise. Also the tufting was loose and sloppy. We did buy this through a local furniture store. We sent it back when we received it in June.

When it came back in October, you could tell where they popped the seam to fix the tufting. They left all of the threads hanging from the popped seam. They did fix the tufting successfully. But they left behind another scratch about 6 long and what looked like a whole starting. Maybe from fixing the tufting. Pulling the leather taught. The local furniture company had their leather guy come and fix the scratch because Norwalk wouldn't fix it again.

He ended up doing a lovely job. Both companies told me that the scratches were part of the leather and it will change over time. Flaws in the hide. I know the difference between in the hide and topical. These scratches were just on the top. We are receiving the chaise tomorrow finally. 8 months later. Hopefully it holds up. And this was by no means inexpensive.

Just as much as our Ethan Allen leather couch. Norwalk gave no discount. Photos 1-5 are when we received it in June. Photos 6-7 are from October and what I decided I'll live with.

Spent A LOT of money on a Norwalk Tribeca sectional in July of 2016. I wouldn't normally spend so much, but the furniture store sales person made me feel like this was a long term investment - I was under the impression that this was a high quality piece that would last me 20 years. Absolutely beautiful piece of furniture.for a few months. After about 3 months, the seams in the upholstery started separating.

They do offer a year warranty on their upholstery, so they sent me new couch cushions after I submitted pictures. Decent experience with that. However, about 6 months later, the same thing started happening. The first time, there were 2 adults and no pets in the home. No kids either, so the furniture was treated well, and the seams still separated.

The second time around, we had adopted 2 dogs. One is 40 lbs, the other 25 lbs, and while they do spend time on the couch, they aren't rough on it. But this voided the warranty, and now it's past the year point anyway. Bottom line is, DO NOT spend so much money on what is supposed to be a high quality line of furniture. They quoted me $1100 to replace the cushion covers!

If you actually LIVE on your furniture, this is not a smart investment. I was certainly duped and learned my lesson. If you plan on putting this in a formal living room that never gets used, and you have disposable income, go for it. It's pretty, but not practical at all.

I love Norwalk products! Their stylish designs, vast selection of fabrics and ultra durable construction are truly amazing considering the reasonable pricing. All of the upholstered products in our home are by Norwalk. We have friends who raised their boys on Norwalk couches and 15 years later the only wear and tear is on the fabric. Amazing!
