Real wood furniture! Not particle board, no veners. Multiple stain choices for nearly every collection they offer. 5 year warranty on kids furniture and 10 year warranty on adult furniture! No company today warranties bedroom furniture over a year, if your lucky(usually 30 days). My kids have had sesame bunk for 3 years and the thing is still a tank. About once a year I re-tighten the bolts with 0 issues.

Just had one of the best customer service experiences of any kind in quite some time. Our family has an older Night & Day futon that has served us well, but has seen its fair share of abuse. Some of the working mechanisms were worn and needed replacement. Cody, the parts department manager, was quick to reply to my emails and sent the necessary parts to my home. I am a customer in NYC and have had a great experience with Night & Day. I've had one of their beds for 8 years. yes, 8 years. It is a simple wood platform bed that I have customized with my own headboard. This bed has moved between three different apartments and has maintained its strength and rigidity all these years. But MOST importantly, the customer service (Cody) has been fantastic!
I lost all of my assembly hardware and for just $40, they are sending me every piece I need to reassemble my bed. The customer support was all human all the way through. I emailed the parts I needed, they quoted me, took my card info and shipped the parts all in ONE DAY. Really awesome support and service. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Cody!

This is a warehouse location that does not have a traditional showroom. However, they occasionally do direct sales of slightly damaged items at wholesale prices. I saw their ad on Craigslist. The employee who handled my sales was very complement and friendly. I walked out very satisfied. No returns or warrantee, but you can buy replacement parts from the warehouse. Cash only.
