Maria has spent 28 years as a vital member of the NewSpace team. I have been with NewSpace as a landlord for over a decade. I trust them absolutely and they always have my best interests at heart. They work so hard for tenants and landlords. Through the very difficult times of Covid and more recent challenges I have relied on them and they have always gone way beyond what one would expect from an agency. We've had a great experience with New Space. They were extremely responsive our first week moving into our new place, which is often the most challenging time during a move. The viewing process beforehand was also very smooth. New Space's letting agents are professional, warm and conscientious. We really appreciate their support before, during and after our move.

New Space is a great agency. We have used them for years and I really like their responsive and personal service. I only have one flat to rent and with other agencies you can feel that you are not really that important and your business is irrelevant. New Space make you feel quite the opposite. A massive thanks to George who has just got us new tenants for our flat in the first day of showing and secured over the asking rent. Nice one, much appreciated.
