Bought a wood wall desk, which is such great quality for the price point. The product was well packaged during shipment. Had some trouble assembling, but was able to get that sorted out quickly with customer service.

Critical:Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I would give this company zero stars if I could. They lost my furniture item, never return emails and give terrible customer service. I highly recommend to not order from them!

We ordered two chairs back in September that were on backorder. They finally arrived in January and they're GORGEOUS. Highly recommend Memoky and will purchase from here again (worth the wait). Experience and quality were 10/10. Shout out to Eddy who stepped up when we had a delivery question and handled it immediately without any hesitation, and our main POC, Dennis, whom was was kind, communicative and professional. The Memoky team was an absolute pleasure to work with.

You can't trust the crazy people writing these reviews, but I ordered a lamp and checked in a couple times on the status, since it had been a few days longer than I was expecting, and I got a same day response both times I emailed, saying it would ship in a few days, or had shipped the day before. Very friendly, lamp arrived in great shape, looks amazing, price was reasonable.

Just keep in mind it's furniture coming from a manufacturer somewhere else in the country, not an Amazon widget they drop in a box and ship the same day. And if it takes the manufacturer a Few extra days to ship something, Memoky doesn't really have a lot of control over getting the items faster from a supplier. Don't be a dumb consumer, and you'll be pleased in the long run.

They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. My item was on back order but they sent a few up dates on the item. I definitely recommend them

On June 29, 2020 I placed an order with Memoky, Inc for a dining room table. (After ordering And some research I found out their actual store is called "sit down NY" which they operate from the same address as Memoky.) At time of order I spoke with Jillian Bates who stated that the table was on back order but will be available on September 15, 2020.

I agreed and moved forward with the order. After many phone calls going back and forth with them, I finally received the table over 60 days later than the original expected delivery date. The table arrived damaged with a crack down the middle of the table. On November 19, 2020 Patricia Trotta stated she will place an order for a new table top to replace the damaged one I received.

On Friday January 08, 2021 "Deliver-Right" who is a delivery company hired by Memoky, Inc attempted to deliver the table. Once they brought it into my home and took it out of the box, we realized it was a circular table and not a square table that I originally ordered. The delivery company took back the table top and I immediately contacted Jillian Bates and notified her of the situation via phone and also emailed Patricia Trotta with no response back to date. Seems like Jillian and Patricia play good cop bad cop between each other and always act sorry about the situation but are useless and do not care to help. I will be escalating the situation legally but hope no one else has to deal with this fraudulent company!

Bought the Newgate Mr. Clarke Dot Clock. Nice price and fast delivery. What's not to like!

Got a great sofa from them, delivery was quick and the price was great! Thanks for the awesome service.
