When you walk in they greet you and check to see if there's anything you're looking for in particular which is nice. The building is set up as a circle so no matter where you walk you'll eventually end up at the entrance. There is a refreshment section with free fountain drinks and popcorn. My hubs and I bought a couch with help from Gregorio, he was able to check availability for the color and style we wanted and now I'm just kicking myself for choosing a later delivery date cuz I want my new couch now lol For the price and style I would definitely come here for furniture, we were at Ikea for 4 hours looking at sectionals and eating but the couch we chose was a better quality and style that fit our living room size. Now im just laying on my lumpy old couches, waiting for my beautiful new sectional to arrive aaaggghhh :

Loved the low to no pressure environment. The sales person was there if needed but didn't follow us around. This was my second time in the showroom and both times were like this. Dustin F was awesome super friendly, professional, and did an awesome job getting everything set up. Delivery is pending as I finish up painting my place. I highly recommend Mor Furniture!

Don't really feel like explaining my stories about this place because it'll be an essay. Let's just say horrible customer service, including delivery. Both of my orders have been wrong and it takes a lot of work to make it right. Very inconvenient and for the money spent with this company it makes me very disappointed! I didn't want to even write a negative review but they have seriously messed up too many times and today was my last straw! I will never order furniture from here again and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I am not someone that wants to post negative reviews. However, I'm hoping this could help warn someone to be extra cautious while shopping at Mor. My boyfriend and I went in looking at couches, as it's our first time ever couch shopping. I saw the 1 star reviews but decided to go in, give it the benefit of the doubt, and see what they have to offer.

Our sales rep in particular was very helpful and friendly.but then things took a turn. We wanted to get an idea of what financing is like and what the cost would be if we chose to go that route. Again, our first time couch shopping. I have no clue how it works, and I shouldn't have been so naive. Our sales lady brings us over and starts gathering info from me.

My mistake for giving my social security out, but it was miscommunicated that my credit was going to be ran AND she opened up a Mor credit card with me. Like.without any knowledge on my end. I didn't even sign a paper. So, to be honest, that was the reason we did not choose to go with Mor. I'm in sales myself so I can definitely detect a sneaky sales person.

And this was definitely that. My score plummeted about 30 points and when I went to ask why she did that, she responds "it's not a big deal, you'll just build credit when you make the payments". Then acted like it wasn't a real credit card but I received one in the mail! So it is a big deal, because you didn't have my permission to do that.

But again, I take fault in giving my social out. Big lesson learned. So if you do go in to browse and give Mor the benefit of the doubt like we did, please be very careful when they are trying to get you in for financing.

This was the best couch buying experience I have had. After the associate Sam introduced himself and answered a few questions for me he allowed me to walk around and get an idea of what I wanted. Once my decision was made Sam helped me complete my purchase and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend Mor Furniture to anyone looking for a great deal, ask for Sam, he will make sure when you leave your comfortable with what you got.

Aaron was great because he didn't helicopter us, and let us look around, but was always within earshot whenever we need some help. We did not feel pressured at all. Aaron was very knowledgeable about the different pieces of furniture and helped us make the right choices. We bought 4 items at a great price and are very satisfied with our purchase.

Mor furniture has great selection and clearance floor items worth buying. I am super satisfied since we wanted to buy a sofa and drive out with it, not wait for a later date warehouse delivery. Mor has that with warehouse 10min away and the sofa was perfect for us. Aaron Witbeck, salesperson greeted us the moment we walked in and was extremely efficient to make the sale. Best use of our time and a most happy purchase. Thank you!

I will never ever deal with this place again. Absolute garbage service. We paid for the warranty cause we loved the couches we got. Well, after a year, they no longer make those couches, so they won't replace them. We have to go pick out new ones. Well, prices have gone up quite a bit, so what we paid for a sofa and love seat set, won't even get a good sofa.

We spend hours finding one that we like. We finally pick one out. They say December.mind you this was August. Fast forward to end of February, where we are now, and they finally are ready to deliver! Now, they have the wrong address listed for me. Then they ask when I plan on coming into the store to pick them up and bring the old couches back. I say never, I paid you to bring them to my house, and take the old ones. I've had a broken love seat sitting in my living room for 6 months, you can get it like I paid for. I'm working out of town when they deliver.

She sends me a photo of the new couch, there is already damage in it. Dents on the cushion, and on the back. I email customer service the photos and say I'm done. I want my money back. This is a nightmare. She says they don't do returns. They can exchange it though. So I'll have this damaged couch, that they damaged after 6 months waiting for it.as a replacement to a damaged sofa. They take no responsibility for anything. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MOR!

I bought a $5,000 leather couch from mor furniture 6 months ago. It's completely falling apart. The motors on 2 of the recliners don't work. The threading is coming apart in multiple places. I have a 3 year warranty to get it fixed but if it's falling apart on the first day and continuing to get worse it definitely wont last after 3 years.

I called mor furniture sent multiple pictures. I hardly get back a response but when I do They want to charge me to send someone to fix it. They have a policy that if it breaks In the first year they will cover the repairs but I have to pay for a technician to come to my house. I told them I DO NOT want to keep the couch I would like to exchange for a different couch but they won't let me. I've been going back and forth since I unboxed the couch the first day at my house and since I picked it up my self and didn't have it delivered I'm out of luck.

The first 4 pictures are of the couch the first day I brought it home. The last ones are from then until now. ITS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! Therefor the warranty doesn't cover it because it's a manufacturer issue but the manufacturer wants me to pay for it to get fixed! DO NOT GO TO MOR FURNITURE

Mor Furniture for Less! It's in the name. After visiting multiple furniture stores and either not finding what we like or high prices and not in stock we were amazed at the genuine customer service at Mor Furniture. Sam was very helpful and helped us pick out the perfect furniture for our living room and the price point, even better. Check this place out, they are phenomenal!

This store has a large selection of home furniture. The layout makes it easy to see how it may look at home. They also have an "as is" selection in the rear. Clearance prices are a 1/3 of the price. Regular price items are reasonable and the products sold are exceptably made. There are many associates to help or ask questions. I do not know if they deliver.

Poor quality furniture. Upon unboxing lots of damage. Store rep suggested returning to warehouse. How? If boxes are torn apart during unboxing. No common sense here.

Furniture is not that great. Purchased almost $3000 worth of furniture with warranty. Rented a truck to pick up furniture and hired people to bring inside house. Boxes didn't show physical damage upon inspection when picking up. Upon unboxing furniture there was damage to the base for the table top. This product should have never passed final quality checks.

Same with table top, chipped wood in surface. Cardboard shims between rails and wood and bar table. Contacted local store and Francisco basically said I should bring back. How? When the boxes were torn apart to get the furniture out. Very unreasonable staff. I still have yet to unbox the chairs and this review will be updated with anything further. Awaiting corporate office response to this situation.

Ryan was extremely helpful, firstly, by not breathing down our necks as we shopped. Secondly, he was very knowledgeable about the pieces we were interested in, and thirdly, he was willing to work with us on payment. I highly recommend Ryan and this particular Mor location.

This is a used car lot for furniture, if they can't sell you something they will ignore you, they are all on their phones looking down and not paying attention to the customers. I have bought a lot of things from this place, but I won't buy from them anymore. I wanted to ask about the price for an item, I had to go find someone. I was on the south side of the showroom and looked at all the sales people near the center of the building, The 4 sales people standing there were all on their phones and I had to walk over to ask if they could help me. You just lost a customer because you want to check your social media. Get a clue!

Mor's business practices are deceiving and borderline fraudulent at best. I purchased a reclining chair that had a discount as a floor model. When the chair was delivered I found out the motor was broken and the chair did not recline. I was never told by the salesperson the motor did not work. I naively thought the chair was discounted because it was a floor model not because it was broken.

I called the store manager but he was unapologetic, uncaring, and unfriendly. I should have read the many negative reviews before making the mistake of purchasing at this poorly run "furniture family business". A piece of advice to other people out there --stay away from Mor Furniture. A report will also be filed with Better Business Bureau about the deceiving business practices at this store.

We purchased a mattress and sofa from Mor and we love them both. Good quality and very comfortable. Chad did an excellent job of directing us to the items we were interested in and he was very knowledgeable about each item. He was friendly and professional but no sales pressure in any way. We had a very good experience at Mor, even when I was a little skeptical. Paul was probably the best part of the experience. Never did I feel pressured to buy or hovered like how I feel at Ashley's. We bought a couch but unfortunately it didn't fit in our narrow townhome entrance but the delivery men were very professional and really helpful in what would work best for our situation.

The furniture was reasonable priced, customer service was exceptional, and there was no pressure to buy. I highly recommend you check these guys out first.

Bought a power reclining sofa, the salesman was good, but the power recliner broke soon after. I bought the 4 year protection plan. Took 4 weeks for someone to come out. The repair guy refused to put on bootie covers on his dirty shoes and told me the recliner was broken and a new motor would arrive in the mail which I had to replace. 4 months and no motor. Took another 2 months for someone to decide I can get store credit. AWFUL place to buy furniture.

Delivery of our entertainment center was delayed twice. Fine, I get that supply issues are happening everywhere right now. But when it arrived, 3 of the 4 legs that we had to install did not fit. They were completely the wrong pieces so now we have an entertainment center sitting on the bare floor. Customer service (only by text, that's another issue) told me 2 weeks ago that they would try to figure it out.

Every time I contact them, they put me off again. I'm ready to go in and demand the right furniture legs off of the floor model. There, problem solved. I bet they'd be able to find a solution real fast once their floor model didn't have the right legs to hold it up. This place is a joke.

Follow-up: Just received a call from Lacey, WA store manager who proceeded to tell me that the delivery is all set for my replacement table but that I would have to pay the delivery charge. The delivery charge was waived earlier today by the warranty department. I have names and phone numbers. I told the manager, who had a condescending tone in his voice, that I want the delivery done on time and properly or I would go above his head. I will. The fool doesn't realize that there are penalties for poor cutomer service. I know where the store is located and who to speak to. It better be done properly.

Absolutely ridiculous. they do not care. they get there money and get there sale. they could careless what happens after or how you are treated. i ordered end of may took 5 weeks which is what was told. all my items were damaged. i requested a pick up and new items dropped off. this was scheduled another 5 weeks out. The date was then changed 3 different times pushing the delivery out. i finally go this delivered 4 months later.

And again damaged items. they refuse a refund and i am just done ill repair it myself. ill never do business with them again. i strongly advise going through another company. worst service ever! FYI you cannot call and talk to anyone they encourage texting for service

I have been waiting on my sectional sofa for over 5 months. Every month I call they push back my order by a month. Extremely unsatisfied I would not purchase anything from Mor furniture stay away unless you are willing to wait over half a year. They have poor customer service and bad communication with their customers. Seems like they just take your money and forget to follow up with you. I still haven't spoke with anyone willing to give me insight on my order

Purchased a reclining couch from mor furniture. The couch condition is so bad after 3 years (see pics). The leather is peeling off and the center seat is broken. The couch has always been in a home with no kids and no pets.

My mother always said to believe people when they tell you about themselves. With Mor you should believe the "for less" part. It's not the salesperson. It's not the slipped delivery. I get that we live in times of supply chain issues. What the trouble is that no one told us that the delivery was delayed. There was nothing proactive at all.

To make it worse, you can't just call a customer service department. You have to text some number and they "get back to you".two or three days later. The delivery was delayed twice. It eventually arrived, 40 days late. One of them was also the wrong piece. We were not informed of the second slipped delivery either. When asked for proactive customer service, I was told that 'our software can't do that", which is ludicrous nonsense. Read the other reviews. Whatever the "Mor" is, the "Less" is definitely the service.

Honestly, zero stars. Bought a $3200 sectional on January 2nd, told delivery would be 4 weeks. 4 weeks go by, no texts or calls so we use the text service and are told items would be ready April 25, 15 weeks after initial delivery date, nearly 4 months after purchase. April 25th came and went, no texts, calls, emails, or updates on delivery. Contacted the text service again, was told August 2- that's 7 months after purchase.

Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand as this is a recurring theme for most customers. Will be seeking refund and as I've read, can take 3 months based on other reviews. Kind of relieved we didn't receive our furniture when it was promised because according to other reviews, the quality is not even close to comparable to what you see in store. Never again, take your hard earned money elsewhere!

The worst Furniture company I have ever seen. It could not be worse any more. It has been six months after they said to exchange my dining table (scraped) since last October. And I paid delivery fee about 60dollars. Still not exchanged. I bought 6 chairs from the Mor Furniture, and 2of them collapsed at legs when I was sitting there eating. The same situation happened to my husband.

We are scared to sit there for dinner. I was out of my patience after six months' waiting when they carried two chairs to my front but canceled my list of exchanging my dining table. What a hell!

I'm really surprised with all these bad reviews. We couldn't even find a truck to buy during covid let alone an in stock couch. However yesterday we walked into mor and were greeted right away by Adrian. He walked us around, told us what was in stock, what the furniture was made of, and where it was manufactured. Adrian was polite, helpful, knowledgeable.

We were in and out within an hour. We purchased a sectional with ottoman and picked up the next day at 10:00am from the other staff members who were just as nice in the back of the warehouse. They loaded everything into our truck and we went on our way. Everything is exactly as the floor model shown. I'm not an employee but a mom of three girls who has gone through 3 couches in 5 years! I think this ones a keeper.

Where do I even start! In short, you just shouldn't buy anything from here. It's only gonna last until the first step out the door. Sales guys are full of horseshit, one guy named Sunny compared sofa with light bulb, saying it may break anytime. They don't guarantee any product, once it's sold it's not their problem anymore.

Each item is outrageously priced, pls check other websites, they are at least 30% cheaper. He was showing a rocking chair for 799$ with president day discount and it's for 410$ in other sites the exact SKU. If a furniture is priced around $1k, think thrice, cuz it is just one of those old model that never get sold.

I have purchased a lot of furniture from here including sofa sets, bed frames, mattresses, dresses and dining table over the past 10 years. It has consistently been my go to place for decent quality furniture at an affordable price. I usually try to purchase when they have a deal like 10%off or 12 months free financing which were all great. I'm not sure if they're still offering this during COVID. Pre-pandemic I've always had great customer service and enjoyed their free cookies and popcorn during shopping tours.

WARNING PLEASE STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE I purchased a Valentino bedroom set from them early January. I was informed by there sales agent Kathy, my set would be available the 28th. The 24 rolls around and the option to schedule pick up disappears. If you try and contact the store be prepared to get an automated service. YOU WILL NEVER SPEAK TO A LIVE REP.

You will be prompted to text a toll free number. According to the toll free number my order was pushed back to feb 12 which came and went. Again I contacted the store and was informed my set would come March 7. Today I contacted the store and was told the 17th. Also you will never get an update on your order you have to tirelessly call. Still awaiting the order I purchased in full

So far terrible experience. I received significantly damaged furniture after waiting 3 months to receive it. Very unhappy with the customer service department who after weeks is yet to rectify the issue. Also unable to actually speak with anyone, all communication is deferred to email and texts. Previous furniture that I've purchased from them also does not hold up and is falling apart after only a few months.
