I contacted modus furniture because my gliders in a nightstand that I purchased at living spaces over 2 years ago broke. Living spaces referred me to modus furniture but would not provide me with a number. Easily enough I found it on yelp and after contacting them by phone and explaining my situations I was told to email Jovita who was in charge of the living spaces customers.

I gave her the part# for the invoice and she asked me for my address. She fedex'd for next day delivery. I can see here that others have had problems with there purchases from Costco, but I had no issue receiving my replacement parts promptly. Thank you Modus for stepping up and handling my order since living spaces doesn't seem to care to let customers order replacement parts after 1 year.

If I could give them 0 stars In would. don't purchase anything from this trash AF company with terrible customer service. First of all when you call they take forever to answer the phone, and the associate answers like he's sleep. I called to see if i can get replacement pieces and they were absolutely no help and didn't want to let me speak to a manager at first. They told me i couldn't get pieces and that i would have to buy an entirely new bed. my bed is only a year old. I will NEVER purchase furniture from this company again.

Wow! If you can prevent interacting with this company I highly recommend it! I ordered a bed through Costco -- they rock -- great customer service and easy access. This company handed my shipment over to another -- Manna. They forced them to comply with a White Glove Delivery (which limited flexibility). I call them after a failed re-delivery from Manna, and they blamed Costco for the rules they put on shipments. This was a lie. So poor communication, falsified information and 0 flexibility. I own the furniture and they are holding it hostage with arbitrary rules. Great.!
