Michael's office was started over 25 years ago by Michael Rodebaugh. About 5 years later Herman Miller came knocking on the door asking Michael's to carry the Herman Miller line. The relationship took hold with Michael's agreeing to serve the 11 most Northern California Counties for the Herman Miller line.

We look at a manufacturer's warranty coverage as a representation of their confidence in their product and their intent on standing behind what they design, manufacturer, and sell. Had the best experience with Michael's! Needed to have chairs made for my lobby that were attractive, comfortable and ADA compliant for weight, etc. Had no idea what I needed so Bob came out and figured out exactly how many chairs would fit and also how to arrange them. Then, a couple of years later, I remodeled my office and changed the color scheme. Michael's was able to change the color and update without replacing the chairs!

They also custom made beautiful chairs for my frame room and pretesting area. They work around your schedule and color scheme. It's so important to have the right type of chair for your patients or customers so they are comfortable and safe. I highly recommend Michael's Office Furnishings for all of your office needs!

James showed me an office chair that has proved to be worth every penny. It is the most comfortable as well as the most ergonomically correct chair I have ever sat in. And I am thankful, because I spend a good amount of my day seated at my desk in that chair. I appreciate James' professionalism, and my back appreciates the investment I made for it.

I ordered airport seating and vending area table and chairs from Michael's for our new, beautiful airport terminal in Crescent City. I really appreciated the communication with the sales rep., Bob Paget, his efforts on our behalf to get our seating in the materials we wanted and the personal touch he brought to our dealings. When our furniture was delivered, Bob was there to personally oversee the assembly of the furniture. It could not have been a better experience.

I was looking to update my office furniture so I could work more efficiently and Michael's had the solutions I needed! Bob came to my office, saw my space, and listened to what I wanted. He designed my space with beautiful furnishings that allow me to do my job in an orderly way! I LOVE my office furniture and work more efficiently than ever.

Our office layout was not functional and completely out of date and Bob Paget at Michael's Office Furnishings was AMAZING helping us update our space. He created an excellent furniture layout and provided floor plans and renderings of the space. He was so knowledgeable on all of the products and options that we had to choose from, and was able to guide us through the process and help us create a BEAUTIFUL space for people to work in. Bob was courteous, responsive, and excellent to work with.

We HIGHLY recommend Bob at Michael's Office Furnishing. Even after the furniture was installed, Bob was available to answer any questions that we had and continued delivering excellent customer service.

I have gone by this store 3 separate times, all during their stated business hours. Everytime the doors are locked and noone is there. When you call you just get their voicemail. Complete waste of time.
