I have shopped at Merrill furniture for years. They always maintain a high standard of outstanding service and offer top quality, unique merchandise. Always a pleasure to shop there. I would highly recommend choosing Merrill Furniture!

Review is primarily about the couch we purchased, the business alone might rank higher for me as the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm disappointed that after just 6 months of very minimal use, our couch cushions are unsightly. I could see this starting to happen even after a few uses and contacted the store right away per their satisfaction policy, but was not offered any useful solutions.

Because their repair person is not available or overbooked or? (It was never entirely clear what the issue was), we were asked to bring the cushions to the store. I chose not to do that as there was no guarantee when we would get them back. We knew it was a gamble to buy a couch at this price point, but based on prior reviews from happy customers, we gave it a go but won't be doing that again. In summary, I don't recommend the Hughes Queen Sleeper - especially not for a rental unit where appearance matters! 5 stars on delivery / delivery people

Salespeople never greeted us, just ignored our presence. Furniture prices are inflated, will not shoo there again.

While there were ample kitchen sets, beds, sofas & chairs, I really didn't find much of interest to me. I'm looking for bold, unique, modern pieces and not as traditional which they had in abundance.

Just moved to the area. Brought a dining table set. Ordered on Sunday. Delivered that Thursday. We're about a 40 minute drive away so that was great only having a 3 or 4 day wait. Quick in and out for purchasing. Store is setup well. Delivery crew was right on time if not early. Very friendly and professional. Knowledgeable about the setup. They were cleaned up and on their way in about 20 minutes tops was expecting it to take a while longer. Very happy with Merrill furniture. If I'm in the market for any more furniture they will be the first stop for sure.

Amanda, thank you so much for all of your insight and the time you spent with us. Last weekend my girlfriend and I purchased each our own La Z Boy recliners. Took delivery on them yesterday. They are amazing to sit in. Our experience in the store was wonderful too. No pressure from anyone. We were in the store for more than an hour sitting and trying things out. Left the store to have some lunch and went back for another hourish. Thanks again.

Got exactly what we wanted. Staff was very helpful without being pushy

Bought a new matress. The sales guy was very knowledgeable knew the products answered all my questions and was very helpful through out the process but no pressure tactics very professional. They delivered it free and promptly the following. Best matress buying experience I've ever had. Will definitely use again for future furniture purchases. Ohhh and the delivery guys were even nice.

I searched several stores to find the right chair. Found it at Merrill's in the color I was looking for. From the salesperson (Stephanie) who helped me to the men who delivered it, the service was impeccable. No reason to shop any where else.

Had a good experience here. Sales rep was polite and helpful. They have a good selection of products.

I have bought so much from Merrill Furniture. The staff is always so helpful and especially Leslie, who I usually deal with. Their product has been superior and their delivery service is always prompt, courteous and goes the extra mile! Thank you Merrill Furniture for years of great service.

Have been buying here for years. Recently ordered chairs and bar top chairs for our renovated kitchen. The staff took the extra time to help us get exactly what we wanted. It was worth the wait for the custom order. Quality hardwood chairs made in Pennsylvania. Guys were great who came and delivered.
