Exceptional service! Our salesman was Russ. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and non-pressure. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us numerous models. He found us a model to our liking that they had in stock. He then scheduled next week delivery of the two lift chairs we selected. Steve and Cody delivered early on the date promised.

They were efficient as well as personable. They relocated chairs and tables to our satisfaction. We are so happy with the experience that we ordered a sofa from McMillin's for delivery later this year.

Just delivered our bedroom set. Everyone from the management, sales staff and delivery were fantastic. Thanks Russ.

Would not recommend McMillins furniture very disappointed with their customer service. I know a lot of people are probably very happy with them but unfortunately I am not one of them. I have had a very bad experience with one of the owners Justin, not caring about customer satisfaction. I unfortunately will not return there even though I need more furniture and so does my daughter who just bought a new house and was really looking forward to going there to purchase some new furniture.

She will not be going there and I have told several people who were looking to buy new furniture also, after telling them my experience they will not be going there either. It's very sad that a family owned business who depend on customer satisfaction don't care about making sure the customer is satisfied word of mouth really goes a long way and they depend on word of mouth mine is not to go there.

I have shopped at McMillins for 54 yrs. my mom took me there for a dining room set for a wedding gift. She shopped there before that. Now my daughters and granddaughters are shopping there. Wonderful family owned business, great service!

We had a great time looking and had great help from Amanda. My wife and I will be back with cloth samples from existing furniture to see how the colors work with what they have. Amanda was very helpful to my wife on helping her pick out what she might like and show us the options for having pieces made. It was a great experience.

We had been looking for the last year and a half for a Couch for our home and found exactly what we wanted, the color, picked out our own pillow pattern and was very happy working with Lynn. She is awesome! We look forward to our new home purchase!

My husband and I went shopping to McMillin's for the first time and we were very happy with the friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. We had personal attention from Josh who walked with us to help pick out a great new bed set for our new house along with upgrading to a new king mattress. His laid back attitude made the shopping experience comfortable and relaxing.

He was knowledgeable on the products we had questions about along with helping us pick out some great pieces to build towards the farmhouse decor that we are going for in the house. The products are great quality and even our bed set is locally made which we love that we are shopping local and supporting local businesses. Definitely will be shopping here in the future.

Fairly large, well stocked and clean store, wide range of home furnishings in stock, nice, well mannered trained staff people, I'll guess having been trained by a Dale Carnegie or other professional sales training course. Enjoyed the time spent there.

Outstanding service! Margaret Ann is amazing to work with! I have worked with a lot of designers in the past but Margaret Ann ranks the best. McMillin's quality is unmatched. Amazing people.

I purchased a sectional from McMillan furniture. I paid over $2,700 dollars for the custom sectional. I was unhappy with it from the first day, they offered me 1,000 dollars less to return it, the first few days. I wish I had taken it now, I have tried to get adjusted to it, but have not been able to sit on it without my back aching. I called recently and the owner did not return my call.

They do not stand behind their furniture, I would never shop there again. If I had bought it at Art Van or Gardner White they would have let me return it or exchange it. I thought buying locally from a family owned small town store they would stand behind it. I would not recommend McMillan furniture store, customer satisfaction is not priority to them only the sale.
