Like everyone else, we were once bothered with the inconvenience of cheap furniture materials falling apart after a few times of use. We had to experience such a struggle to realize the problem and be our own solution to it. We began MBW Furniture in hopes to save others, including you, from constantly spending resources and funds over low-quality materials.

The level of craftsmanship is truly first rate. They made a beautiful desk for me and I couldn't be happier. Their production team was extremely communicative and open to requests and suggestions during the construction of the desk. On the sales and customer service side, MBW representatives were consummate professionals, always quickly addressing inquiries and emails with urgency and care. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

I ordered the 7 foot Resolute Desk replica and bookshelf combination. This was an amazing experience. I was able to choose stain and leather options and get an entirely custom product. The white glove service was wonderful. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Basil really knows how to treat customers. Highly plus rated. I would have given them 10 stars if that was an option.

Interesting how many positive reviews there are here. I've no doubt that many are authentic, but it's not reflective of the customer service. We ordered a bed that was advertised as in stock and gave a specific window for delivery. Not only was it not delivered that week, but the next week passed; customer service and shipping dept. gave conflicting stories, day after day, promising "shipping this evening" and "shipping tomorrow morning" for two weeks.
This was ordered specifically to arrive within that time frame, which we explained. After many phone calls, and further deceit, then no returned calls at all, we were contacted by the owner who notified us that the "bed is held up in customs". When we explained that we ordered the bed in stock and had been told repeatedly that the bed was indeed in stock in their warehouse in Atlanta, he ignored that and gave a rambling explanation of "custom orders" taking a long time to process.
We told him we did not place a "custom" order, which we should not have had to explain. We had to cancel the shipment, as weeks later there was poor communication and no delivery date in sight. The owner decided to ignore the request for cancellation and refund, and we've had to go through the Visa dispute and report a fraud in order to get our due money back.
From the length of time it took and the multiple instances of deception, rudeness, refusal to return calls, I really find it questionable that there are this many positive reviews for this company. If you look on other review sites (and not on their self-edited Facebook page) you get more of the truth.

Living in Amarillo, TX, I discovered through eBay MBW Furniture, located in Atlanta. Their huge and widely varied inventory has greatly broadened my furniture and home decor shopping options. In addition to some wonderful cleaning products not readily available locally, I have ordered a sturdy, attractive, and well-priced platform bed, a beautiful and unique side table, and an absolutely stunning large sunburst mirror.
Although shipping took anywhere from less than a week, to several months, I was made aware of the time frame when placing each order, and each one proved to be well worth the wait time. I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, by anyone with whom I have had contact. Inquiries always answered promptly. Merchandise has always been exactly as described, if not better. Pricing has always seemed to me to be very reasonable for the quality of the merchandise, which I regard as excellent. Shippers are pro's, and packing is incredible. Everything has arrived in perfect condition. Every transaction with MBW has been a solid 5-Star experience!

I bought an Edwardian circa 1905 buffet from MBW Furniture. In a world of corporate speak and 'press one, press two', this is a real company with real human beings you can talk to. The furniture piece arrived to Providence from Atlanta, GA in perfect condition. It's the most beautiful piece of furniture we've ever owned. The driver was so personable and helpful. The piece was carefully wrapped. All perfect. We couldn't possibly be happier.

I bought a Canopy Bar from MBW Furniture. Before I ordered I emailed the company and was very satisfied with their communication and answers to all my questions. I was told the bar would take around 5 months to build, then it would be shipped to the USA and then delivered. During the build process I was updated often and kept apprised of the build progression.
In 5 months the bar was built. It was then shipped to the USA. This took around 6 weeks. Then 2 more weeks to deliver. Was it a long wait? Yes it was. But I knew this going in and was fine with the wait. Was it worth it? YES IT WAS! This bar is absolutely gorgeous and well worth the price and the wait. Also I was offered a very inexpensive "White Glove" upgrade. Derrick and his crew came and assembled the bar and took away the trash.
What an awesome crew! They were very professional but at the same time very down to earth and a pleasure to have in my home! I give MBW Furniture a glowing 5 star review and recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I ordered a custom made Mahogany table and chair set from MBW Furniture. Our sales person was Basil Halta. We could not have been happier with our experience in dealing with Basil and MBW, and with the beautiful table and chair set we received. We found pictures from the internet of a table and chairs we liked, sent them to Basil, and several months later the result was a perfect match. Basil was professional, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend MBW Furniture to anyone who is looking to have custom furniture made.

I ordered a nightstand through MBW to match an existing bedroom set that was discontinued by the manufacturer. While the process was lengthy before I got the item, I was thoroughly pleased with my nightstand once I did receive it as it is absolutely beautiful! Robert McGuigan was prompt in returning my calls &/or answering any emails & was professional throughout.
I wish they would offer online discount sales as I would take advantage of them & order some additional pieces to complement my bedroom set. My nightstand, which includes a marble top was handmade in China & shipped via commercial freighter, arrived absolutely flawless. I would definitely do business w/MBW.

Purchased a canopy bar from MBW in May of 2014 & was very pleased with the price I negotiated. Although white glove delivery was a bit uneven (needed 3-4 guys to deliver which was known but only 2 showed up & one had to go get another guy to help. In the end I ended up having to help too), other than that, Robert was very easy to deal with & the item looks fantastic in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again & would also recommend that after purchase, insure you follow up on their estimated delivery schedule & reconfirm.

I ordered a beautiful kitchen table from MBW Furniture, and received it about 2 weeks ago. I could not be happier with my purchase or the customer service I received from both MBW and the freight shipping compnay that delivered the table. I do wish I would have received an email confirmation after submitting my order just to make sure it went through, but overall I am a very satisfied customer and would definitely do business with them again.
