Avoid this store! As soon as you are offered to sign something in this store, you are already in a big trouble. This is a store where they do not value customers, but do everything to take money from them, without providing a single product, but applying fees to you. Scammers, dishonest people. St Jones Town center should be ashamed to have such a shop on its territory.

This store has always had such mean people. Constant disassembly and misunderstanding. They can sit right by the lookouts for new buyers and find the police proving themselves right. Most likely in this store there are a lot of fakes and illegal things.

Shameless, scammers, dishonest people, from beginning to end, everything that happened in their store was a fraud for money. After paying a deposit, you fall into a trap and they ask you for even more money. Avoid this store and bypass it. You will not receive any goods or services, but leave money there that no one will ever return to you. But the worst thing is that you will waste your time and nerves, and managers will humiliate you. If I could, I wouldn't give a single star! The worst service ever.

Disappointing. Salon with a beautiful design, but the service is mediocre. Placed an order but received the wrong item and never got my money back. They accused me of allegedly choosing it myself. Cheaters, I don't like it!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but feel this is a must. I purchased an art print, no one called for delivery so I decided to cancel the order. The merchant refused to refund me for a product I did not receive I even agreed to pay the restocking. I ended up disputing with the card company who advised that the merchant told them I received the order. complete lie. I'm married to an attorney and will now be moving forward with legal action. Save your money and headache. do NOT shop here

The sales woman tried to sell me the dining table And chairs off the floor. The table and chairs looked both damaged and worn. (Wasn't on clearance) I decided not to buy the chairs but I really wanted to table. I asked if they could order me a table that wasn't out on display or damaged. I wanted a brand new table. She ordered it. I received a call saying my order was in.

I called her back and asked again making sure that there was no damages to this table. She confirmed they checked it and it was fine. That wasn't the case. After delivery and setup. I noticed the base of the table was chipped on the top and the bottom. The glass top wasn't screwed down either. The screws was still showing. When I called about this, I was told the screws supposed to show.

That's how it's supposed to look. This was after I sent pictures to the sales woman mobile phone. I asked for the table to be picked up and a full refund on that day. The supervisor tried offering $75 refund when I spend a Lil over $1300. I turned down that refund. I was advised they would send someone out to try to fix the chips and if they can't fix.

They would replace it. I was told it be fixed to perfection. The guy came out and used a $4 paint (he told Me the price) and painted over the chips. So this is what they call a perfect fix?! You can clearly See that it's paint on the table and still See chips. Basically to try to not make this any longer. they are refusing to pick up their table And give me back my money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE

Very positive and friendly store. The owner is super nice and helpful.

Cheap stuff mostly tacky, but here and there, you'll find some decent designs. Not sure how long anything from here would last.
