The Marvel Group is a fantastic company. I am a designer in Tucson, Arizona and furnished an entire office with their furniture. Everything went well from the delivery to assembly. My client is very happy because their offices look so beautiful. Their furniture is a step above what you find on the market. The desks are made of top grade steel and entirely fabricated in the USA.

It was my goal to furnish the entire office suite with products made in the USA, right down to every accessory. All of their furniture is environmentally friendly, which was another goal of mine. There are plenty of choices as far as style and colors.all so attractive, it was difficult to choose. The chairs are expertly upholstered and are very high quality.

Any questions I had were handled professionally and on a timely basis. I worked with Angela and she was fantastic. If you are looking for high quality office furniture with an array of choices, don't hesitate to contact a Marvel dealer. Check out their website. That's what I did before I placed my order. You won't be disappointed with the outcome. I highly recommend The Marvel Group. Belle Maison Designs Tucson, Arizona

On December 23rd, I spent over a thousand dollars on office furniture for my home business from Staples.com, a significant portion of which was a desk and book shelf from Marvel. From the beginning my Staples dashboard said the order (#9717664236) could be expected on January 9th. The office chair was delivered in no time, but on January 6th, I had yet to receive any word on the shipping of my desk, and I called to make sure it would be delivered on the 9th. Staples checked with Marvel and the response I got back was basically "Hey, relax, your order is due on the 15th." That was not OK with me.

I had to contact Staples twice, but they eventually gave me a coupon for my trouble ($100 credit at Staples.com) with an apology. My order wasn't even shipped until the 8th, and it arrived at my house on January 14th. It wasn't the greatest situation, but I thought it was over. I was mistaken. When the shipment arrived, it was mostly assembled and PALLETIZED (I was expecting several boxes and lots of assembly) and I was told neither Marvel nor Staples had made provisions for a lift-gate (my business is in my home) and I had to drop $170 on a lift-gate fee to get my desk delivered to my house. I've been told Staples needs to notify Marvel if there's a liftgate needed. Marvel blames Staples, and Staples has blamed Marvel Group.

And I'm out $170. The worst part about this is, I chose a Marvel Desk because I strongly support union labor. I was looking for a reason to brag about Marvel, one of the last union shops in the US, but instead I got terrible service and paid considerably more than I expected. I went through the proper channels and asked for reimbursement for the $70 I'm still out (if you count the $100 coupon for more Staples merchandise as partial reimbursement) and I was told straight out by a representative of Marvel Group that they will not be doing anything for me to remedy this situation. This is the last time I buy ANYTHING from Marvel Group.
