Does anyone read the emails? I sent one requesting a cancellation and haven't heard back. They say you have 24 hours to cancel so it would be nice to know in that time frame that the email was received and item is canceled. I'm beginning to think this place isn't legit but according to the reviews it is and has good customer service? I'm skeptical.

We ordered the Intercon Taos bedroom set from Lodgecraft.com The furniture was for a home in a remote area of Wisconsin and some e-tailers wouldn't even deliver here. We ordered the furniture during the COVID supply chain crunch so it took us many months to get the furniture. Mitchell was outstanding. He was helpful every step of the way, even before we placed the order.
He kept us appraised of the status of the order, and coordinated delivery since this is a seasonal home. We received our furniture yesterday. The driver was helpful and courteous, the furniture was well packaged and arrived in great shape. What's more, it is beautiful! Just what we wanted. Thank you so much, Mitchell for all your help. We will not hesitate to order from you again.

Stop hesitating and checkout with those items in your cart! Not only is LodgeCraft's pricing reasonable, but they absolutely stand behind their products. The furniture we purchased after only seeing it on the website was delivered immediately after manufacture stock was confirmed and was absolutely stunning. Unfortunately, several months later we starting noticing some finishing issues due to a manufacturing defect. LodgeCraft could have very easily choose to ignore us, as I'm just an internet customer located a long ways away in Illinois, but not the case. Adam took the bull by the horns and had me a new replacement table delivered just a few weeks later. Awesome company, first class customer service and great products! LodgeCraft Furniture is a perfect example of what online stores should strive to be and I couldn't be happier with my overall experience and purchase. Thanks again!
