Had my laptop worked on last November. 1st time I picked it up they gave me the wrong computer bag, took them 4 more tries to find mine. Took it in again to have Forest remove a virus protection program off that his tech put on. Brought in the laptop with the power cord and battery that came with it when I purchased it, a large battery. Picked the lap top up and noticed the power cord and batter wasn't with it. Asked Forest where they were, and he stated they weren't with the lap top which I said yesI handed them to you with the laptop.
He couldn't find them so were they stolen or mistaking given to somebody else? He had to improvise giving me a much smaller battery and power cord. Would not recommend bringing your computer etc here.
